The room had a well functioning heating and air conditioning unit, and hot water always available. Despite being an extended stay suite, there were no pots, pans, utensils, glasses. Just two plastic cups. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. The carpet was very dirty. The parking lot had large potholes. The smoke alarm in the room was missing. There was an RV that looked like a long-term living quarters for somebody outside our window in the back parking lot.

Nice staff but a smelly, grungy poorly maintained room. Very basic breakfast— coffee, muffins, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Good location for attending events at the University of Michigan.

Place smelled like bleach when we got there. Refrigerator made a loud humming noise that came and go. When walking down the hallway, a pair of female underwear was laying in the corner against the wall. Don't recommend this place at all. The staff when checking in was nice, but after that, no go. Stay away

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. From the elevator to the room, it was not clean. We walked into the room and it smelled horrible. We were going to leave, but thought we could handle it for one night. I wish we would have left. It was not worth it. There was tape on the floor going into the bathroom to hold the carpet down. The kitchen ceiling light cover was half off hanging down.
