While my family were enjoying their day at Knott’s berry farm, I came to the hotel to check in ~5pm, so I can sanitize the room & get it ready for my family when they were done at the park. After checked into the hotel, I went to the room. After walking through the stuffy hallway, I arrived to the room. After turned all the lights on, I started my walk through when I noticed something moving in the kitchen wall, counter top, & on the ceiling, to my horror, it was a cockroach!! I was so shocked, disgusted, & terrified, I screamed, & notified the front desk. They offered to get me another room, but after seeing that, there was no way I would be able to sleep at that hotel. No way that I will have my family stay there. I called Orbitz, cancelled the reservation with hotel’s approval, & got out of there.

The only hotel I will be staying at in the future!!! Genuinely enjoyed our 3 night stay here, front desk staff have amazing customer service. The room was fantastic, always clean, amenities were great, even the soap was the good kind!!! breakfast was good, and a close walk to the park a shuttle you can pay for is right next to the hotel to take you to and from the parks. I miss it already, highly recommended to stay here for a Disney trip with family. Thank you staybridge!!

We stayed in a recent trip to Disneyland. Very convenient to the parks (less than a mile walk). Our kids are 9 and 12 so they could handle that. Our kids were looking forward to the heated pool, as we are from Iowa and swimming in March is a dream. It definitely did not seem heated though. And it is literally never hit by sunlight as it is in an area completely surrounded by the hotel (pictures are sort of deceiving). The walls were not extremely sound proof. Nearby rooms with toddlers partying after a trip to Disney are something to consider if you don’t love being disturbed. The laundry room was a perk. Some of the washers did have a mold issue, so make sure you check which one you pick before you wash. The room service staff was on top of it. They were always seen cleaning and always did a great job checking on things and getting extra towels and things.

Awesome location and the free breakfast is convenient. The service to the rooms were insufficient. After a long Disney you’d like to come back to a clean room and clean towels.

The property is convenient to Disney and other attractions. Lights all being on one switch was inconvenient and some features are a little dated, as well as, noise from the hallway and slamming of other rooms doors can be very loud. On the upside the property filled the bed, shower and convenience for our two night stay.

I’ve stayed at many hotels and this place is by far on my top list! It was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were so comfy! I was amazed at everything they offered in the hotel especially breakfast in the morning! We came for a Disney trip and we were able to walk there. Took us about 20 mins. 10/10 recommend staying here and we will definitely come back!
