Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options. Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.

My favorite hotel in Amsterdam. Great service, great location, comfortable and authentic spaces. Breakfast needs to be better. Limited choices for a 5 star and overcooked food multiple visits for $50 a head is not worth it. Skip the add on when booking. Lunch and dinner are fantastic.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff were great. Unique hotel due to encompassing a number of canal houses. Also felt like a maze going to and from room. We were on the 3rd floor, took elevator to third floor, climbed two sets of stairs and walked outside a short distance to get to room. Thankful for the staff who brought our luggage up. Nice bar and restaurant
