Fabulous Lake house with spectacular views

Enjoy peace and tranquillity in this gorgeous lake house that has amazing views from every room. Quiet neighborhood allows you to enjoy lake living throughout all seasons. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a great living room with a smart TV, 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably (king bedroom, queen bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Plus there is futon on the second floor for lake viewing or extra guests. There also is a cot and a pack n play in the king bedroom closet. The house has 2 full baths (one on each floor) and awesome areas throughout the house to sit and enjoy the view. Perfect for groups looking for a nice peaceful getaway. Manchester airport is 13 miles away. Close to many wedding venues, fabulous restaurants including LaBelle winery, the famous Pickity Place and the Copper Door. Plus, the Merrimack Premium Outlets are 10 miles away.There are multiple golf courses right down the road. Two kayaks and a paddle boat are available for your use at your own risk. Many floats and life preservers are also available for you to use to enjoy the lake! The spacious outside patio has a swing, tables and chairs, as well as Adirondack chairs around the propane outdoor fireplace. Plus we have chairs on the dock to enjoy! Sit and watch the sun come up every morning, the full moon come over the lake or gaze at the stars. The lake is gorgeous throughout all seasons.

This house is absolutely stunning inside and out. The views surrounding the home are breathtaking. The inside is well appointed with little touches that make such a welcoming feeling. I stayed at this property with three girl friends on a golf getaway. The house had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, with plenty of seating and cozy blankets for the cool evenings, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the lake were beautiful and visible on three sides of the home. This is a 5 star rental property that I’d highly recommend!

Beautiful views. Fantastic patio. Attentive, onsite hosts. Mike welcomed me upon my arrival and let me know about floats and kayaks to enjoy on the lake. He came down to the dock a little while later to let me know that since we turned on the AC, we need to close the upstairs windows. He insisted on closing them up himself so we could enjoy the water. So thoughtful! He even stopped by the next morning while we were on the patio to water the flowers and offered to take us on his boat the next day. My group had so much fun. We were all impressed that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. The house was clean and cozy. Great stay!

Unforgettable Stay

We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. I must say, even though we were 45 minutes away from the graduation events, the drive back and forth was absolutely worth it!Mike and Sue are the most welcoming, thoughtful hosts. We didn’t go without a single amenity.The neighborhood is peaceful but still has a friendly, warm vibe. I’m already looking forward to book another trip here!

Wonderful experience!

Sue and Mike were so welcoming. When they saw a baby with us they ran right out and bought a baby gate. Mike took us for a ride on the power boat. We kayaked around the lake on the two kayaks. We saw bunnies, loons, ducks and a beautiful bald eagle. The house had everything we needed for a big group. It was wonderful. The views on three sides of the house were wonderful. It would be wonderful for a wedding party or any family get away!

A magical stay

Where do I start? Baboosic Lake is a clean, quiet, magical and peaceful lake. Sue and Mike took great care to ensure my family had a wonderful trip. We were able to escape the hustle and bustle of life and truly enjoyed their spotless home, lake and the surrounding area while on vacation. Before we drove away from the home, we were already planning on our return.
