Unfortunately, there was a power outage during the day of our stay. Once corrected, I had to return three times to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed for entry to our room. There was also a continuous noise above our room overnight that sounded like running water or airflow, that made sleeping difficult. I complained to the front desk and was told that the room above us was empty (after being told we couldn't be moved because the hotel was completely sold out). The noise continued until 5:18 A.M. and then shut off. Kudos, however, to the kitchen staff who persevered during the power outage to provide breakfast. Otherwise, the room and the property were satisfactory.

This property was average. Sanitizer dispenser at the entry was always empty. The daytime front desk staff wasn’t friendly. The hot breakfast process was well done. The housekeeping procedures were safety conscience. For example, the policy of no cleaning until after five days and replenishing clean towels was good. I liked the delivery system of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. The cleanliness of the remote was questionable. Other hotels clean the remote and then it’s stored in a plastic bag.
Nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice. Front desk staff could be just a bit more friendly. Overall nice stay and nice place.

The Property is older and needs a little TLC. Some of the issues were no doubt COVID related but they were understaffed and never cleaned our room. The back entrance has sprinklers on in the morning pointing right at the door so you cant get in or out. Everyone was friendly just a little overwhelmed.
The room was very dirty with hair in shower and carpet filthy. The staff acted like I was bothering them when I checked in very late at night. Clearly they need a major overhaul in management and staff. I would never stay there again.

We do clean everything in the rooms after every guest so you can be sure that the remote was clean.
