Excellent accommodation. Two bedroom suites with kitchen and living area, reasonably priced and very comfortable. A neighborhood style setting, you and your family can walk at ease throughout the site to the outside pool, basketball court and lobby building. I will be back.
We got a ground floor as requested. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Their big downfall for us is the lack of cleaning staff. We are staying here for 10 nights and have stayed 5. The first day we were here, they cleaned the room in a timely fashion. The second day, no one came. Finally the third day we called the front desk as we were out of clean towels and toilet paper. They eventually sent a woman who came with towels and TP but that was the extent. She made the bed but complained the whole time that they had a shortage in housekeeping etc. Today, we will again have to call the front desk because we are again out of TP and clean towels because, even after talking to the "kids" cleaning rooms, they said that they had priorities (new check ins etc) and we weren't one of them but they would be back later. That never happened so, we are in Day 6 and they have been here twice.
I had a negative experience at this property. My wife and I booked a one night stay and thank God it was only one night. The property is not well maintained... it appeared dirty, unkempt, and frayed around the edges. Perfect example: In our room the light switch on the wall sconce next to the bed was broken/missing and the only way to turn the light off when we went to bed was by unscrewing the light bulb. On top of that, the cops showed up and evicted the person from the unit above us for non-payment of rent (Apparently this property is short term and long term stays). All her stuff was on the stairs and in front of our unit. We had to listen to all of sorts of banging and yelling for hours while the eviction process played out. Apparently that is the type of clientele they rent to. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place like the black plague.
The staff were friendly and have good recommendations on places to eat. We stayed in one of their loft sites. It was fantastic! The space was nice size, it felt very homey. The beds were VERY comfortable, the other furniture was a bit dated, but the service and comfortable beds made up for it. It was also pretty convenient to the freeway.
We stay here when night to visit family the staff couldn't be more helpful the room was wonderful full kitchen upstairs and downstairs full living room for a great price my daughter left behind a blanket of my granddaughters one of her favorites called the hotel they couldn't find it but went through all the sheets and finally found it for us went well beyond they had what they had to do will definitely stay there again
Haven't been to a hotel this dirty for $120 a night. No words to describe how awful it was. Pillow covers had not been changed and they were laced with VOMIT. The room had not been vacuumed and there were Q-tips galore! Found lots of blonde hair in the sheets and we all have black hair. We washed up ourselves really good after sleeping in their beds. Internet super flaky (almost wasnt working all the time).
What can I say about this place – it’s just awful, but oddly, it meets our needs. If you’ve ever read my reviews of hotels, you know the first thing I check out is the caulking around the tub, shower and floors of the bathroom. A good caulking job means they called in a professional or they are discerning enough to be certain that the job is done right. This place has the worse caulking I have ever seen anywhere! The metal in the bathroom is rusting, the wallpaper is curling up, the grout in the floor tiles is filthy, many of the tiles are cracked and there are odd bumps in the floor making me wonder what lies below. The bathrooms are functional if disgusting and believe it or not, the beds are comfortable. Should I go on? This is a two bedroom suite and I guess it’s spacious enough but the kitchen cabinets are beat to hell and there is very little space. There is no pantry. Although it is a non-smoking facility they do accept pets. Unfortunately, the furniture smells like a wet dog. Fortunately, Lysol spray and a few Glade Plugins have helped. Being a non-smoking facility, one must run the gauntlet of smokers to go in or out. This complex is right next the Daniel Webster Highway, a major artery and toll road but I haven’t heard one road noise so they originally built this complex with sound-proofing in mind. This complex exists to house people who need a furnished place to stay on a somewhat longer term than a hotel. We are here because we are selling our home and do not want to mess it up by living there while it’s being shown. It costs $2150/month which is right about par with a motel 6. I accept this and consider it one step above camping. Too bad. Renovated, it could be a nice place. Oh! So far no bugs!
This was our first stay at this location. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen was perfect. The rates were great for an 8 day stay and it is close to the Common Man restaurant.
Staff and property were excellent. Office folks were very helpful with fax and computer needs. This property is comparable to a Residence Inn but at a much lower price. I would recommend this place for a family or for business trips.
Within 45 minutes of Boston, 15 minutes of Manchester, 5 minutes to Nashua, this hotel has a very good location. It once was a Residence Inn by Marriott but was sold and the new ow.ners decided not to pay to use the Marriott name. The property itself is well maintained, clean and the staff is very friendly. Rates are very good. A Residence Inn in the area would be getting $135 per night while we paid 80 for 1 night and 89 for the second. Pets are also allowed making this even more attractive. So, while this place does not enjoy a big franchise, chain name, it is a very good value and a comfortable place to stay in an area that can be pretty pricy.
