Despite being non smoking it was evident that someone had smoked in our room. My son has mild asthma so it got him coughing and the smell gives me a headache so I did take a star off for that. We arrived close to midnight so we didn’t request a room change. Everything was absolutely lovely and we would stay again if we knew the smoking issue had been addressed. Felt very safe, everything was clean, and it was wonderful to be able to stretch out and have a little kitchen and everything while traveling.

An upsetting stay

Our stay was really relying on the pool and it was not available to use due to shocking the pool twice. Having 3 toddlers and them being sad made it very had for them to understand. The customer service was ok but not a whole lot of help when we arrived no one was around at the front desk. When we went into the room, all the TVs did not work at all. The floor had a spill from previous people that stayed there with something smelly and red that stunk up the whole place.

I liked how the room was fully equipped with a kitchen and it was spacious. What I did NOT like were the never ending mosquitoes and gnats flying around the room all night. I went to lay down and there are gnats and mosquitoes buzzing around my head. It's very unnerving. In the rear corner of the ceiling above the bed, there are 2 separate areas where the gnats gather. I sprayed them with hair spray, bc that's all I have It's only 10:15pm and if I hadn't already taken my sleep meds, I would leave. Insects buzzing around my head makes me very uncomfortable. And no I didn't contact anyone, because it's kind of late. My son is already asleep on the sofa

Needs updated furniture and should not have carpet

Room had strong smell from maybe powder not good oven had not been cleaned and upstairs mattress needs to be replaced too narrow stairs for bringing up suite cases from outside
