Standard size rooms with typical breakfast options (heavy carbs). Staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in a room on the highway side, there’s a lot of noise. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work (could also have been user error) but it never cooled down to what we set it at. Conveniently located right off main highway in Ames. Clean and comfortable overall.

Clean and nice. We were kept up by noise above us until 2 am. Party up there. Manager finally stopped them. I know this happens - but their design doesn’t help. The bathroom door bangs (slide door) and the party above us banged it continually.
