The staff was very nice, the room however...not so much! This was supposed to be a 2 room *suite*...nothing suite about it. It was 2 bedrooms with a small kitchenette with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a dirty faucet fixture and dorm fridge that didn't chill anything. The bathroom had a bottle from a previous guest in the shower and was just a small shower stall. The whole room was a handicapped room and the furniture was dated and not in good shape. Very disappointed for 2 nights it was over $900...they took great advantage of the concert crowd, shameful.

Front desk guy is so pleasant and accommodating. He knows I work nights so tried to place me in rooms that don’t have occupants nearby. That alone is extremely appreciated.
