Shower could only be used by two people because the drain was so clogged. Also, when we checked in we were told our room would only be cleaned mid-stay upon request… standard nowadays. Well when we requested beds and towels later, we were told it wouldn’t happen. Seems to be some miscommunication between staff. The weekend brunch buffet is overpriced for what they provide but the room service is good. Chose this place because it is the only hotel with a hot tub, seats about 6. It was a decent stay, almost worth the price but could use some touches to make it better and more worth the money.

Stayed 10 miles from home so our kids could get out of the house with the cold weather and swim. spent over 175 between the room and restaurant and due to an accident the pool was closed this morning so now swimming. i was upset as thats why we paid so much. so i asked if we could come back later and swim for a couple hours so we can get our moneys worth and the reason for the stay and was told no. I guess i feel i dont see the issue with letting a couple kids swim to make up for the inconvenience. We probably would have spent more money at the restaurant and bar, and would have liked to make it our go to hotel as i tried a different one this time but guess not
