Travelers beware! We arrived after receiving the door code only to find the code provided did not work for the apartment we were given. We had just driven for 12 hours. We called the property contact multiple times with no connection. We worked with the booking agency to help and they couldn’t reach them either. We ended up having to wait until late at night to book another hotel. We were charged fo the stay and had to pay for a replacement. We have requested a refund with no response.

Nice, clean space, good backyard area for our dog - easy check in. it is right off the highway so fair amount of tea noise throughout the night but that access also makes it convenient for travelers.

Very Impressed

This was a great place to stay. I love that it was pet friendly. It was mostly comfortable for my kids and myself except for the bed was a little hard. They provided anything I needed to cook with, do dishes or wash clothes if needed. Everything was tidy and clean. Everything was labeled, so it was easy to find even the light switches, which we were very thankful for. The next time we come back to Amarillo for a family event we will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything was great the parking is a little tight but it is everywhere not really the locations fault. Easy on and off interstate access makes it quick for me to commute to work and back. We like it so much we booked for the following week as well!

Cute location, easy to access from the highway. Plenty of space for 3 adults and big dog. Only issue was no communication - but was for minor issues (tv issues/slow draining tub).

It looks cute when you first walk in. It’s sparse but the decor is okay. It looks time worn, but that’s not a problem. But it pretty quickly became apparent there is a cockroach infestation. I even found one in a kitchen drawer. I will put up with a lot from a property as I travel extensively for work, but pests are not something I can abide. Didn’t have anywhere else to go for the night as the money was already spent (I am on business), and I really only needed it for a few hours to sleep. But I absolutely wouldn’t have stayed long term.

A wonderful stay... my best compliment WE ADDED A 2ND NIGHT. Not the "glam" of a $700/night Vegas honeymoon suite... but MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE! BEST HOTELS.COM recommendation, ever. Particularly after some doozy/disasters!
