The overall property was OK though the property was not overly clean, except the room itself was fine. My biggest warning to any future guests: the walls are paper thin. Be sure to get any unit w/o someone next door. The "guest" next to my unit had their TV on ALL night and were very noisy at times. There was an unused "pass through door" between our units which amplified the noise. So I hardly was able to sleep the entire night. And when I did fall asleep, I woke up to their TV dialogue as if they were in my unit. I didn't complain and just suffered until morning.

Unprofessional staff, unsafe location. The quality and cleanliness of the room was terrible. The air conditioner didn't operate and they wouldn't move us to a room with a working one.

Doesn't have a sauna even though sauna is listed as an amenity. I even called to confirm as I didn't see a photo of it. They said yes, has a sauna and they said it was open. It has a pool and hot tub only. Breakfast was very good. Waffles, hashbrowns/tater tots, eggs, sausages, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt. Room was fine. Bed was comfy. Light didn't work in the washroom.

You do get what you paid for, bed is very firm, shower pressure is low, the floor is not carpeted but a bamboo hardwood floor, the wifi is extremely slow; faster to hotspot to your phone.
