Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — with high-quality linens, a plush bed, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money.

Booked through Expedia and when I got to hotel the person there said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me (this was during mandatory evacuation for a hurricane) despite me having a confirmation number and charge for the room. I feel that they were taking advantage of hurricane victims and using it as an excuse to make money. And the hotel itself and area seemed pretty unsafe. Neither Expedia nor the hotel would help me with a refund. All around terrible experience.
