The parking lot and Lobby were disgusting. After learning my room was inadvertently canceled (not by me) and that there were no rooms available, I had to leave. I was angry at first, but given the conditions of the place I was not surprised by their poor service and realized I would not be staying there anyways given the condition of the place.

Well, when we first arrived, they said our reservation had been canceled, which is bull. The shower barely worked at all, the room smelled like old smoke at 1am in the morning there were guests above us constantly walking back-and-forth that made very loud creeks in the floor absolutely horrible until 5:30 in the morning. We could not sleep at all. The staff ant reception and checking out never complimented to have a great, thank you or have a good day or anything very uninviting. I would never recommend staying there.
