Did not have anything negative to say everything was very nice keep up the good work

The bathroom tiles were always COLD. You need to do something to improve this. Less tile, more towels (which I used for rugs)

First, the sheets had not been changed in one of the beds so luckily I had two queen beds and I could sleep in the other one. The WORST thing was the awful noises that started at midnight and continued to 4:30 am. It seemed to be coming from the vents and it was loud and booming. AWFUL! I called the front desk and he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him to come up to the 3rd floor and just stand in the hallway. Nothing was done. When I checked out, that same man told me . . . . "Oh, yeah, it was something in the vents." Really? I could have told them that. I got no sleep and did not do well the next day in a very important business meeting.

The lodging was satisfactory. The room was clean. The hotel has been upgraded, which is an improvement. The staff was friendly. Their breakfast nook could use more attention. The food went fast and some was not replenished. The hot items were less than warm, even cold some mornings. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Pros: -Not a bad price (but it was a special) for what you get. -Breakfast was decent enough -In a safe neighborhood (at least it appeared to be) -bar/restaurant in adjoining lot was ok, but nothing special. but no need to drive there. Cons: -Non of the 'locked at all times' outside doors were actually locked anyone could walk right in. -1 of the beds could use to be replaced -Location - nothing really in the area Would probably stay at a Holiday Inn next time for the comparable cost.

Was a quick stay for my fiancée and I, we were looking for a clean and comfortable spot to shower and rest for the night. Hampton inn got the job done and also had a nice breakfast layout that was included.

One of the Queen bed was in need of replacement. We notified the management and they credited the room and said they would be sure and get new mattress's ASAP.

We stopped late at night in this hotel as a midpoint between Chicago and our home in Maryland. It provided what we needed, a clean room with good space. THe hot, free breakfast was a big plus. No complaints.

Very nice - would recommend it to anyone!
