I didn't like anything!

Arrived to a reserved NS room that reeked of smoke. Subsequent room had broken lock, some detector, in effective plugs, non-functioning TV remote, and more. Mngmnt continually lied about what would be done to fix these things, no name posted for the on duty personnel, ads from Orbitz, online, and roadside reservation flyers featured complimentary breakfast and inside pool, neither of which were available. All-around terrible experience.

Worst Hotel EVER! DO NOT GO... Really, this was by far the worst experience we (my wife and I) have ever had in a hotel. The hotel was run down to a point that we have never experienced before. some examples: 1) the windows couldn't lock easily because the screws were sticking out. 2) the curved shower rod was falling off, so the curtain hung only in the middle of the tub, therefore allowing water to splash all over the bathroom. 3) the carpet was filthy & we didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. 4) We NEVER received any service in 3 days, but there were there at 11am to kick us out on our last day! 5) Should I mention the population living in this hotel? We were woken up every single night from 10pm till 3 am (the last was until 6am) by screaming and the whole room shaking as they were pounding on walls, hitting things, etc, in and outside of their bedrooms. Would someone from the staff show up and try to stop this? NO. 6) It is advertised as free breakfast, but when we arrived they said that because of COVID there was no breakfast, that's 18 months of false advertising or let's say, they never took the time to take it off of their website. True, the price was "cheap" but not worth it. We have always stayed in inexpensive hotels as we prefer to spend money on cultural and social activities this new place we visit can offer, but this hotel IS the total shame of America and what a hotel should be!

The price was awesome.

Quiet room that was sufficient for that low price! A great value while on my road trip

it was $37/night for dbl queens. what a great price!!! but found out the place was not kept. trash and dirty hallway carpet and no housekeeping until after you checked out. pool was closed due to covid. there were plenty of "long-term" units.

It was fine. Met my expectations, and i have nothing to complain about

I have had good luck staying at Super 8s the past 10 years, but this facility was not well kept at all. The reason the rating is decent still is because the bedroom was actually quite clean. The rest of the facility and property were unkempt and visibly dirty: weeds in parking lot all over the place, dirty doors and walls in hallways, carpet very stained, dirty elevator. Staff were very sweet, though!

Didnt like anything. No hot water, very dirty floors in the bathroom. Dirty carpet and the air conditioner didn't work. Hotel floors in the dining area was very nasty and looks like they havent been swept and mop in weeks. Smells do bad never stay at another motel 8 again.

We had a hot tub in our room was supposed to be two beds but couch folded out so was great ty

Like the jacuzzi and the indoor pool. The room was spacious and very comfy. Friendly helpful staff was a plus!

Good water. Wifi not working. Smells smoke in walkway and cigarette mark on bedsheet

Hotel was not like the pictures, horrible smell. Will not be staying here again

Hotel and staff were great. The owner needs some people skills though but over all great place to stay

I highly recommend you find another hotel, this was 1 of the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The towels were damp, the sheets smelled of mildew, the continental breakfast consist of cereal and nothing else

Needs total remodel and cleaning. Non smoking room stunk of smoke. Air conditioner very loud. hairdryer non functioning. No cord on the phone so unusable. Elevator needs work.

I stayed at the Super 8 for a weekend, to visit Cleveland and the Blossom Festival in the Cuyahoga Valley. Overall, I found the hotel tolerable but not good. Here are my experiences, they are mixed. I returned several towels because of stains. There was a faint smell in the room so I kept the window open or the ac on. The night clerk might not notice a customer unless talked to. When the toilet flush started leaking, I called the reception, they immediately sent someone who fixed the problem. Internet was good.

Bed, shower, bathroom. All the necessities needed for a great price. Pool, and hot tub were nice features. Breakfast was underwhelming unless you like toast.
