I changed my room three times. There was hair all over every pillow, every sheet, and every blanket. The bathroom had not been cleaned either. The people were nice, but I guess this is a hotel where you have to clean up for the staff. It was really disgusting. I have never ever left a review before in my life is was that bad and gross. HAIR GROSS

The hot water was not working in both rooms first day, they luke warm next two days. Heat was not working in hallways and lobby since outside temp was in single digits it was quite cold (40 degrees in hall). Room itself was warm as individual heating unit was working.Gym area had water leaking on machines from ceilings. The staff was sympathetic, but issues were not able to be resolved during our stay.

I booked the trip with the idea in mind to find a place I could also work out. The gym was non-functional the entire trip and no one seemed interested in fixing it. I fell behind in my training routine. I wouldn’t have care had they no advertised they had equipment.

Bed was infested with bedbugs and I received several bites. I had to find another hotel and take all the precautions for not bringing bedbugs home with me. Not to mention the stress and itching caused by the bites. Another Comfort Inn in Arlington Va a week before was not much better. No more Comfort Inns for me.

When we checked in there was a sign saying the pool was closed. They opened it the next day. When we got to our room, we found a dead bed bug on the bed. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk person. She changed our room. No bugs in that room, however, there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was a joke. Everything was hard, nothing was fresh. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. We asked the front desk to plug in our fridge because we couldn't reach it. We needed it for my husband's meds. They wouldn't. Instead, they kept it in their refrigerator. It wasn't very convenient especially since there was rarely anyone at the front desk. We always choose hotels with refrigerators in the room. I would not stay there again.

The hotel interior and rooms could use some work/updating, but overall pretty clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful staff, great Mexican restaurant right next door and was quiet. Very good value for the price and would 100% stay again, as well as recommend to others!
