Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam / Arena Boulevard

Good hotel for our short stay for a large family

We had a hard time finding a room for a family of five, but the Hampton in Amsterdam was one of the few hotels that offered a large room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was very clean with a nice view of the courtyard at the front of the hotel. The bathroom was a standard size but it was very bright and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The free buffet style breakfast included eggs, sausage, bacon, made to order waffles, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit and pastries. Coffee, milk and juice is also included. The large comfortable area for eating breakfast is very busy in the morning. In the room you find a small safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a flat screen TV with many international channels.

citizenM Schiphol Airport Hotel

Nice hotel, walking distance to the airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a nice dinner available as well and the beer was nice and cold. The rooms are small but you have everything you need and I thought the technology was great.

Excellent location near city center and on canal. Old fashioned decorations and very European flavor. Clean, excellent staff and service levels. Feel like going back in time 50 years as soon as walk in front door..
