Amazing rooms and the bathroom is like a spa. The staff was great! The breakfast was amazing ! Cannot say enough good things about this property ! It was phenomenal !

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Linda at the front desk! The facilities were very nice and included a wide range of amenities that were lovely after a long day of skiing. They upgraded us to a spacious room upon arrival that greatly exceeded our expectations. Complementary breakfast and transportation to the train station was a plus! Location is very close to downtown and the train station, as well as the Sunnega lift. Overall excellent!

Avoid this property. Management is heartless! We were assigned a room with the bathroom down a flight of stairs. We are an older couple and my wife was wearing a knee brace due to a recent knee surgery and had difficulty with stairs. We requested a different room and offered to pay a upcharge, but they refused. She was forced to use the bathroom in the lobby.

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). While the budget rooms are below surface level, they are designed to still offer glimpses of mountains and sky. They are also incredibly spacious and equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. Bathtub and showers to not drain well, suggesting aspects of the facilities may be aging. The budget rooms are perfect for families or larger parties. It's easy to get around each other with the bathrooms located under the sleeping area, offering essentially a split-level suite. 801 seems to be the biggest such room. For longer stays, I would miss an opportunity to prepare some food but there is a fridge and a water heater. Breakfast is excellent. I also recommend eating dinner there. Guests enjoy a 10% reduction and the food and service are very good. Fondue and pizza alike are made with skill and fresh ingredients.
