Overall the Hotel itself is very nice and clean but we felt very underwhelmed about the service we received. We were under the impression that there was a complimentary shuttle to the XL center but apparently doesn't run on the weekends-we were able to find out from other guests that it was just a short walk-something the front desk should have mentioned when we were inquiring about the shuttle. Service was very slow in both the restaurant and lounge and we just felt like nobody went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Very nice plays to stay, easy check in and check out process. Free continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, variety of food. Nice size room, comfortable beds, clean place.
Very great time who was very warm kids had a blast
Needed a basic place for 1 night before heading to Mohawk for skiing. Conveniently located off Route 8 which is a 4-lane road and clear after a snowstorm. Yes there's a 1-way system coming out of the parking lot, but it's only 1-2 minute detour up Bird St! Simple breakfast - bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, coffee.
