Welcome to 402A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Nice weekday getaway

Picked property because it was away from the big waterparks. The location was perfect. We hiked Devils Lake and went into the Dells for river tour. Perfect location, not many people on resort during the week in the fall. Helps us avoid the Covid.
