Had a reasonably nice experience for a short stay. Good friendly staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Plan to be back in future.

Peaceful and quiet owners are awesome very friendly and helpful stayed 2 years in a row and will stay next year again

We rented two rooms, one with a king bed, one with two queens. Both were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Both rooms had a table with chairs, mini-fridge and microwave. The king room also had a sofa sleeper. We were about ten minutes from shopping and restaurants. All of us agreed that we would happily stay there again. Great value for the price. Outdoor pool was closed due to season, but looked nice. Small play area if you are travelling with children, including a little mini golf course. Our two rooms connected, also great if you are travelling with children.

We stayed at this motel on a Saturday night in November. Pleasantly srprised with the cleanliness and hospitality. It reminded me of traveling with my family in the sixties. Close enough to the Dells to be convenient but away from the crowds. Very cleans grounds as well. We will be back.

This is a nice hotel for the money. The couple who manage it were most obliging. The location, though out of town, is on a pretty busy highway. It is not a secluded hideaway. Our error was to request to pay up for a room with 2 beds. We were given the most austere room with 2 double beds. No nightstands, no lights by the beds, no room to move around. I am suspecting that we were given that room because we were prepayed at a promotional rate. We received no housekeeping during our 2 night stay. No real biggie, as the room was clean and the untidiness was ours. Overall, it was a nice stay but we should have accepted the offer to see the room before agreeing to it. After driving all day, one doesn't think of that.

We stayed here for two nights,. the staff was very helpful. a young couple with adorable kids. Helped us and answered questions. the rooms are basic but they are a deal in this area. we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The motel staff/owners where very friendly and helpful. The rooms where large, clean and comfortable. It was located in a lovely park like setting, just minutes from all the action in the Dells and a short easy drive to the casino. It was great value and we will definitely stay here again!!!!

Mapquest directions were way off, so it was difficult to find. The manager was great and the room very clean.

We called ahead as we thought we would miss check in. They were waiting when we got there, check in was fast and easy. Room was large and spacious. Beds 2 queens were comfortable. Mostly room was CLEAN and fresh smelling. Housekeeping staff was very pleasent , waited as we finished getting ready. Was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend, and surprise! The hosts had put a little frig and microwave in the room before we arrived. We didn't ask, either, which was pretty nice! It was after Labor Day weekend, so there were not many kids running around, which we liked. It was down-home decor and had the nicest hosts that made you feel at home and relaxed, which is what we needed. We didn't want to pay a huge price to stay, and got a deal here. Who cares if I didn't get any cell phone service, you just go into town for that ;) Thank you Mr. and Mrs. S. for being so kind and helpful while we were staying in your cute lil ol' establishment!

The service was amazing, really had a family feel! The value was great. The location was outside of the city which makes for a nice quiet stay. The pool area is well kept and a perfect size for swimmers of every age. We loved the playground area, a great way to burn off some kid energy after the long drive. Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities of an expensive hotel. Thank you so much for starting our vacation on a great note!!

We were more than pleased with this wonderful, privately owned motel. The room was small but exceptionally clean with a flat screen TV and a newer, modern bathroom. The grounds were immaculate and the country setting relaxing; the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again and highly recommend it if you don't need the plushy and pricey extras (hot tub, game room, exercise room, and such.)

Although this place is America's Best Value Inn on the website, it's actually called Days End Motel. It took us a few times passing by this place before we looked at the picture on the website and realized we drove by it three times! The room is large, with two double beds that were EXTREMELY firm (too hard in my opinion), and room for an air mattress that we had for one of our children. There is a new flat screen tv, and wifi is available....both of which are pluses to us who need to stay connected. However, there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room, as was billed on the website. The owner went out and purchased a mini-fridge for the room and we were grateful for that. The bathroom and sink area are TINY, but clean. Overall, not a great place to stay, but for the Dells, probably very typical of what you'll find in the area.

The room was to small for the price. Its bathroom was okay but the shower was as big as a telephone booth. There was a smell to the room that was somewhat unpleasant(not sure what that smell was). I thought the charge for the room was to much for that little bit of space, and would not go back.

We stayed at this motel for just one night, on our way to MN from OH. It is on the edge of town, but close enough to all of the activity in the Dells. We have visited the Dells with our daughters several times prior to this visit. None of the other motels can compare to this one.Our room was very, very clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very nice.In the Dells, you just need a place to sleep as there is so much to do outside! Even this motel has plenty to do outside. Do not pass up this motel because of the location. Very nice stay that we were very satisfied with. We will be back!

We travel to the Dells regularly to enjoy the surrounding area attractions like Devil's Lake, Mirror Lake State Park, the roller coasters, water slides and Cascade Mountain. On this trip, we drove up from Chicago in the morning, hiked at Devil's Lake in the afternoon and stopped at the Kalahari Resort to ride the indoor water slides in the late afternoon to take advantage of the lower price after 5 pm admission. We were attracted to the America's Best Value Days End Motel by the value (terrific price). We were delighted to find the owner ([...]) very friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable with satellite TV and new flat screen TVs. We also liked that the hotel was about 3 miles from the mayhem of downtown Wisconsin Dells & the Lake Delton Main Drag of tourist attractions. We will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly.
