The room was beyond gross and the staff didn’t want to help. Had to contact corporate to get some to sanitize our room, dried bodily residue and fluids. Even with contact to corporate the room wasn’t sanitized 100%, staff was grossed out but didn’t apologize or offer to move us. The pool was filthy, trash, cigarette butts and some unknown matter floating around with lawn chairs sunken to the bottom. Corporate still hasn’t resolved the issue and the hotel manager didn’t contact us during our stay or after.
