The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was fairly clean. I like that the fan could run continuously so as to create white noise. The check-in team was friendly but when I went to check out, the only woman at the desk was on the phone chatting it up with someone familiar to her and ignoring me. Finally, a new lady came on duty and helped me get checked out. Why would someone continue shooting the breeze with a person familiar to them and not help a person check out? All I wanted was a receipt and to be on my way. Customer service was disappointing.

Great spot! Terrific staff. With smoking legal in casinos, the smoke smell permeates everything including the rooms. Maybe rooms further from the casino smell less?
