It has been remodeled and they did a good job, but their towels are old, some had holes in them. Bed was pretty soft. We paid for a king on Expedia but the ga e us a double queen even though my receipt showed king, their computer showed queen, but they moved us to a king. Shower and bathroom was quite nice. The hotel is run by one clerk and that clerk is working two other hotels too, all owned by the same guy. It was nice for a $60 place.

First of all, the place isn’t even called Signature Inn on the sign, making it difficult to find. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone and wait for them to show up to check in. Then, they gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So, I had to call them again and wait again. Here’s the real problem: When I arrived late and after a long day of travel, they couldn’t find my reservation. That’s because I changed it (due to snow) on the Expedia application, and well within my time frame to do so. Expedia, however, didn’t relay the updated information to the hotel and they marked me as a “no-show”. The hotel then charged me again and told me to contact Expedia about the mix-up and to get a refund from their end. Expedia’s fault. The problem I have with Signature Inn is that, when I filled a claim with Expedia, they told me they’d have to verify by calling the hotel. Since Signature Inn never answered Expedia’s repeated contact attempts, my claim was denied. Now, I’m left paying double for a hotel that was worth half of what I should have paid.

I stay here all the time when working in Winnemucca. The prices are low and the beds are comfortable. They also accept dogs!

May not be the fanciest motel in Winnemucca, but for the price it’s a great bargain. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice room at a reasonable price.

Nothing! My daughter slept on top of the bed on her own blanket because the bed was dirty. The sheets were not clean. The pillowcases it had black marks on them. The bathroom was filthy dirty and there was trash still left in the trash can from the previous guest. I would like a refund!

The place is very well lit outside. The blinds inside the room did not seal out the light. I woke several times to noisy guests thinking that it was morning because the blinds let so much light in from the exterior lighting.
