The staff that greeted us was very friendly and efficient at getting us into our room. They had coffee and treats available at the evening time when we checked in and at 4:30 am when we were leaving. This was great as a lot of travers need to be on the road early but often the food or drinks are not available until 6:30 or later. Will be visiting again when our travels bring us this way.

Breakfast inadequate. I’ve stayed in other Super 8’s….Basically toast and fruit juice here. Biscuits and Gravy, no gravy. Waffle iron no non stick spray, the waffle stuck and was worthless. No milk, no fruit, no yogurt, no eggs, no breakfast meat except a breakfast hot dog. Unless this facility changes, I won’t stay here again.

I did not get her name but she came from California. She checked us in and was absolutely the best. Personable friendly and professional. I had called to let her know we would be late due to traffic trouble in Reno she said it would be no problem. It wasn't Thank you for having employees like her

The bed was comfortable but there was a terrible smell in our room. Mold and disinfectant mixed with air freshener. We had to leave the window open and it didn't help much. I would not stay here again.

We payed for a room with two queens for the adults and three kids and they knocked us down to a single king and a rool away that was all springs. The bathroom door was broken. But the breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The front desk workers were kind as well
