Good location, clean rooms. Noisy clientele. No restaurant, no breakfast
Nice hotel close to restaurant. Room was clean and bathroom included a second sink with mirror and coffee maker that was separate from the toilet and tub.
Most models in Winnemucca would never be mistaken for the Ritz Carlton, and this one is no exception. Like many along the "main drag," this motel is a bit rugged in the outside, but overall clean and comfortable on the inside.
We had a bad experience for 2 days before in Reno. We left a night early and the upgrade in Winnemucca was most appreciated.
Nice Indian couple runs the hotel and it’s very nice and clean. They are very nice people so if I’m ever coming back

Winnemucca is a thriving community in Nevada that serves as the seat of Humboldt County. The historic structures that line the main road through town remind visitors of the Old West. Head to Orbitz.com for affordable reservations at Winnemucca hotels, whether you want to visit the Humboldt County Museum or see a rodeo.
Located at 741 West Winnemucca Boulevard, the Winnemucca Inn and Casino is hard to miss. This is one of the most popular attractions in the city, and even those who stay at other hotels stop by to try their luck in the casino. The casino provides visitors with high-tech slot machines and poker games as well as card games. There are more than 100 rooms at the hotel, including family suites that have separate sleeping areas for adults and children. When you need a break from the casino, you can stop by the 24-hour coffee shop. The soundproof rooms block the loud noises in the casinos, and you can book a room for $98 per night.
If you want to save money for your trip to the casino, you might consider staying at the budget-friendly Val-U Motel. Located at 125 East Winnemucca Boulevard, the hotel is close to the casino and other attractions, but the area is much quieter and more relaxed. This small hotel might lack some of the amenities that busy travelers need, but it has clean rooms where you can relax and unwind before hitting the town, and rooms are less than $80 per night. The motel is close to the Humboldt County Historical Walking Tour, which is a self-guided tour that loops around the city to show you some of the most significant and historic buildings, including the former train station.
The Town House Motel at 375 Monroe Street might remind you of the hotels that once dotted Route 66 during its glory days. This family-owned and family-operated hotel dates back to the 1950s, and it still retains its original charm. The husband and wife who own the hotel represent the history of the area. The wife immigrated to the country with her family in the 1950s and became a citizen, and the husband’s family lived in the area for generations, and both of his parents are ancestors of the original settlers. The hotel is less than one block from downtown Winnemucca, but it is far enough away from the area that you won’t hear the noise at night. Rooms at this hotel start at $75, making it one of the best values around. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants where you can grab a meal, and it is one block away from the historic downtown walking tour.
