Quiet and Comfy
From booking, to checking in, to checking out..seamless, painless and perfect. Luke was fantastic with directions, checking in to ensure all was good, quick to answer when I had a question. Spent 5 nights in this cozy, comfortable apartment. Close to everything within 15 drive. The most comfortable bed I've slept in while traveling. Great stay and first time in Wilmington. A top stay
I highly recommend this a place to stay.
I took two weeks at Luke's place for a solo study retreat and loved it. The railroad-style apartment is spacious enough for one or two people to stay very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. And Luke, the property manager, is very responsive, even to the point of swapping out the dull kitchen knives set that was there when I arrived with a set of fresh knives with great blades.
It's in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by well-tended homes and with a park across the street. The four-star is for location, and that's only because I was there without a car, and it's not a well-served neighborhood in terms of groceries, for instance, if you're on foot.

Lovely modern interior with plentiful amenities
The property interior is very tasteful, the owner readily available, and the amenities plentiful. The only down side for us was the location, which is partly our fault. We did not realize the property would be smack in the middle of the city which we were unfamiliar with. Caused a lot of trouble for us to commute to various places.

Wonderful Stay
Everything was accurate just like in the pictures & the entire place is sparkling clean. For me, I always appreciate when there’s access to at least 2 tv’s for reasons we all know when staying with other people. The neighborhood is peaceful with a park across the street, another about 2mins away and a handful of things to do in the area. Parking is very easy to find so that wasn’t stressful.

Beautiful Apartment!
Perfect apartment for our short trip to Delaware. Cleanliness is first and foremost for us and this was simply spotless! Well-stocked, quiet and parking was easy. We were able to get to PA easily and it was a simply drive down to the DE beaches.
My only slightly negative comment would be regarding some of the surrounding neighborhoods. Overall our stay was wonderful and the apartment is impressive.

Nice little place
I was working in Christiana over the memorial day weekend and hotels prices were jacked up assuming because of the holiday so I tried VRBO for the first time and found this little place. It was perfect for what I needed. The place was clean and the bed (which I always struggle with at hotels) was perfect - not too hard and not too soft - yes I am Goldilocks. :) I really don't have anything bad to say about the place but if I had to come up with something, the staircase that leads up to the unit was really narrow making lugging a suitcase up there (in the pouring rain) a chore. I can only imagine moving in! The other negative was the unit had an odd Asian food smell. I assume it was the neighbors seeping in the unit but it was a little odd. Luke, the owner, was amazing at responding to issues. I had difficulty figuring out how to lock the front door's electronic lock and he immediately answered my email. Great first experience with VRBO.

Great Location
I was here for 5 days. This property is convenient to the Wilmington waterfront and many restaurants. The wifi was great. I talked with Luke about a minor issue and he was very responsive.
