The water was shut off for several hours. I Couldnt shower or brush my teeth. I notified the staff and they told me someone would be up to fix the water issue. No body showed up, i left the premises and checked out immediately.

The staff at the front desk was my very first indicator that this would be a horrible experience. She was very rude and lacked accommodation. When we entered the room the door was unlocked. We had issues locking and unlocking the door throughout the night. Upon entry we noticed right away that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. The carpet was dirty, there were no trash bags in the cans, the toilet and floor in the bathroom had hair all over it. The soap dispenser in the shower was falling off of the wall. The refrigerator DOES NOT work. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Hotel is under construction. Not until at check-in did they let me know that the water was going to be shut off the evening I was staying there, with hopes that it would be back on by 6AM. They offered a full cancellation but finding a new location and being the evening I needed a room it was cost and timing prohibitive. Would recommend checking with hotel before booking for next couple of months as they are doing full overhaul of facility.

the Staff was great but the lobby had no heat there was no water at 11 pm when i went to bed, It was turned off hotel-wide for several hours in the evening the halls looked dreadful the place is being renovated and should not be open Gives Hilton a black eye

While our stay was only mediocre and there is great room for improvement. We would like to take a moment to appreciate the young lady working the front desk. She was very pleasant and professional. And we appreciated her efforts.

The staff in the lobby were excellent, beautiful lobby great food in the restaurant and the staff really pays attention to its guest. My only issue with this Doubletree is whoever owns. It may be independent from the Hilton brand because they obviously don’t care about their employees. the lobby is like a refrigerator. You can’t even enjoy the beautiful lobby because it’s so cold and I was there two weeks and I think maybe only one day it might’ve been worn. The front desk have to actually have coats on and a space heater in the front the restaurant you cannot eat in there unless you’re wrapped up this is nothing to do with the excellent customer service of the whole hotel stamp it has to do with hotel ownership and taking it into consideration, your employees are still providing excellent customer service and a horrible working conditions.

This property was under renovation. It was unsafe, I couldn't find ice and the list goes on and on. They should have posted something on the website. The staff was helpful so this is NO reflection on them. They should give anyone staying there a discount due to the mess. Just being honest.
