Low key.not noisy or rowdy. Foodservice was good. and staff was friendly. Food was well prepared.
The cleaning crew opened our room before 11 am without knocking with anticipation that we were gone. That was intrusive, but the check in and checkout was great. The water in the room is not complementary and has a notice in English that it’s $5, but I had someone that didn’t read or write English and we had to pay for unnecessary water. The parking and breakfast is expensive . $15 per person for breakfast and parking is the same price. I will not stay there again due to the extra costs.

The front desk was definitely short staffed. The parking was a little odd but understandable and directions fairly simple to follow. There wasn't a Channel guide in the room for the television, and no standard booklet with information on information on hotel amenities, area restaurants or area attractions. The lobby was very well maintained and so was the room. I did not find anything that stood out or that would have been considered extraordinary to justify the price that I paid for an overnight stay. Overall I was satisfied with the stay but would likely not stay again.
Very clean. Was a quick stop traveling back from vacation. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations last minute.
This is a lovely hotel, close to the train, which is very convenient. The neighborhood isn't the most beautiful - pretty tired, really, but some of the area dining is okay. Walkable to the Riverfront, which has really improved over the years, with more dining and entertainment options
The receptionist on duty welcomed me warmly and checked me in smoothly. I appreciated that after a 6 hour drive. I also appreciated the fresh chocolate chip cookie.
Hotel was fine. Bathroom had some water damage. And no vending machines or food available for purchase. Everything in Wilmington closes on weekends, could have used some amenities available for purchase.
Staff not very helpfull. Room was adequate but not great
The parking situation is confusing. Its convenient, but just oddly situated.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin and if you are street side you can hear traffic
Check in was awful. No service in restaurant. 2 fire drills in the middle of the night
My family and I loved the bedroom that we were provided
