Room was hot and was not ready when we arrived after 4 pm. We stayed two night and second room was barely cleaned and they didn't wash our glasses and didn't leave any wash cloths. I stayed in double tree in Philadelphia much better stay will stay there again not sure about wilmington.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The doormen helped us get into the lobby quickly as a storm approached. The self-park was a deck with an entrance into the lobby so no problem with the rain.

This is bottom of the barrel. Slow internet premium, fair breakfast (concierge), bugs on the table in the restaurant, dirty bathroom rug... I could keep going, but you get the idea. Go anywhere else. I will as I come to Wilmington often for work.

My husband and I stayed in Wilmington overnite on our way to Dewey Beach. Our primary purpose was to visit the Riverfront. this hotel is perfectly placed, and very reasonable. they have an attached parking facility actually connected to them where you park for $15/day with unlimited in and out access. When leaving or entering your car, you merely go downstairs in the hotel and directly into the garage and your car. However, their complimentary shuttle will take you wherever you wish to go we visited the waterfront for a day, and they took us and picked us up. VEREY convenient............If I stay in Wilmington again, I would definitely stay there.

The hotel is very clean. It is well designed. But needs parking fee.

This hotel was in a good location. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

Stayed one night, because I attended a concert that ended late. Just needed a comfortable bed. The hotel was fine.

Second time here, great hotel and location. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

My stay was not bad at al except the pool was down and everytime i wanted cookies they wouldnt have them available at the time but other than that it was good.

We were passing through on our way home to North Carolina from Massachusetts and thought we would stop somewhere in Delaware. This hotel we happened to look up and thank goodness we did! Everyone there was great and the room was wonderful! The best was extremely comfortable! I would absolutely recommend it!

my wife & daughter were well cared for - traffic delayed their arrival, but the staff was exemplary in shuttling them to dinner & then to a show. they loved the room!

The front desk and the staff at this location are wonderful. My only complaint is that there was a lack of towels at the pool, as in there were none.

Comfy bed, clean room, and great view of the city. Close to the riverfront which is full of great restaurants and bars. Only 1 mile away from the hotel.

I was there for one night on Business. It's in a quiet stretch of downtown Wilmington but not far from the meetings and events I had to attend there. Room was clean and the staff was friendly...I was there too briefly to perceive more than that.

the overall experience was wonderful. Staff was nice and friendly, room was really clean, and being located in downtown Wilmington Delaware for such a convenient pricegave us plenty of things to see and do

I just needed a place to lay my head while I worked remotely for a business trip and this hotel was wonderful. Garage parking attached to the hotel, and very tasty room service for those late nights! I was a big fan of the metro grilled cheese with sliced apple.

Cookies on arrival, friendly staff. Don't be fooled by the breakfast buffet, it's not free.

Off the beaten path I found my way to this hotel after a long day at Firefly Festival in Dover. Who could want more than hot shower and a comfy bed after being in a car all day then standing and walking around woods the rest of the day sweating. This was the perfect remedy though next time I'll probably rough it out on the racetrack.

WE CHECKED IN AND WERE TOLD TO TAKE OUR LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM AND THEN DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK TO THE GARAGE.MEANWHILE A FIRE STARTED IN THE SECOND FLOOR ELECTRICAL BOX AND WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT OUTSIDE. WE HAD A WEDDING TO GET TO AND OUR CLOTHES WERE IN THE ROOM. THE HOTEL FILLED WITH SMOKE AND THEY SPRAYED SOME CHEMICAL THAT MADE YOU CHOKE! THEY GAVE US WATER AND SNACKS, BUT NO OTHER COMP! LUCKILY WE GOT TO THE WEDDING ON TIME!

My stay experience was very comfortable and relaxing...The staff was very professional and helpful..I would recommend this hotel to family snd friend...
