We have stayed here many times while visiting our daughter and her family. Room is always clean and comfortable. Staff is readily available, helpful and are responsive.

Stay somewhere else! There's plenty of better options in better areas of Wilmington. They scam you with paid parking thay they don't fully disclose on the app. But they promote a "free breakfast" that is disgusting mushy slop!!! The app says "parking available" but when you arrive at check-in they have a paper sign at the front counter with a QR code that says $13/day PAID PARKING! Now if this was at a fabulous downtown hotel with limited parking availability I would exect this, but this hotel is located in a sparsely populated (mostly vacant storefronts) section of town with TONS OF AVAILABLE PARKING EVERYWHERE! When I arrived there on a cold blustery Sunday afternoon in January there were literally less than 20 cars in the lot and about 75 spots open. Yet they wanted me to pay $13 for one night to park in an open parking lot, not a safe secured garage, nor covered, or even overly close or convenient. I'm a Hilton Honors points member and felt offended by the lack of regard for my standing. DO BETTER HILTON!

We have stayed at this hotel for the past few years, and sad to say, it has really gone downhill. We were very disappointed in how dirty the common spaces, hallways, and especially our room were. We had to hound the front desk to get our room cleaned again, after which it was livable but still not great. We won’t be returning.

Pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly. Room was a good fit for a family of 4. Plenty of food at breakfast. Easy to walk along the river to the Children’s Museum. Parking was pay to park, but there were plenty of spots.

The breakfast selection was very Average and it wasn’t kept warm. Bedding didn’t fit the beds and a pull down blind was missing. My biggest complaint was that the hotel charged for parking!!! $13/night!! It was an open parking in the lot! Ridiculous!

Disappointed in this place. Didn’t feel clean, they charge for parking when there are acres of parking very near by, and the supposedly included breakfast was not available. I received a “refund” for the breakfast in the form of Hilton Loyalty points due to room being booked through Hotels.com couldn’t give the $15 refund. Needless to say I won’t be going back!
