We loved Hotel DuPont. The hotel is elegant and comfortable in a way newer hotels are not. Our junior suite had beautiful furniture and lots of space for our things. The lobby and restaurant are works of art. Staff is helpful and kind. I would return. Great place to stay when visiting Winterthur.
The hotel was very nice. The only issue was they didn't have much to watch on Tv for us. The atmosphere was great and they had valet parking. Everything was great and we had a great experience they even brought my wife up a microwave...
Our room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. We didn’t get into a room until 8pm. Nowhere to change for dinner and had to take our bags with us. Manager was not helpful. Very disappointed and not pleased with our stay. It was our first wedding anniversary too.

Upon checking in and entering my room, I noticed a large amount of hair under the bathroom sink as well as hair in the bathtub; Dennis at the front desk immediately gave me a new room after being made aware. In my “upgraded” room the bed sheets were frayed and tattered with a large hole in the middle of the sheet, certainly not what I expected from a 4 diamond property. Despite all of the issues in my room, the rest of the hotel was amazing. I would return but with a high level of hesitation and suspicion towards housekeeping standards.
The hotel is beautiful with tons of historic architecture. Because of covid there was no room service but overall the staff was accommodating.
Great old historic hotel. One of the Restaurant managers when it was slow took us on a 5-minute tour of the hotel and gave us the history. Very cool!!! All the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
what a beautiful place, beauty is everywhere, lots of woodcraft, the ceilings are fantastic, the whole pace is breathing calm luxury and history, very romantic, the staff is really attentive, the food is remarkable, the room is large and the is comfortable, we were so happy that we are thinking about coming back!

While the property is OK and fine for an overnight stay, we felt customer service was lacking and that we were unwanted.
