Had to stand outside in the cold to check in. Room temperature was not able to be adjusted. Room was dirty.
Rooms weren’t cleaned throughly. Trash and cups left on counters were left after cleaning. Not pleased at all. Carloads of people hanging out playing loud music until 2am going in and out of rooms. No security, so no control.
Only problem was that the bed was so high, hard to get onto it!
Room was OK except for the carpeting which was stained beyond belief and the shower curtain which was dirty.
The woman who set up breakfast was super friendly and helpful. It was obvious she takes prise in what she does. She even assisted an older woman who had difficulty walking by taking her order and serving her. What an amazing woman who should be recognized!
No hot water and management doesn’t want to credit me for my start
I didn't like the fact that my sheets were stained and spotted, I didn't like the fact that my TV stand was second hand with missing pieces of wood gone from the front of it. I didn't like the fact that I could hear the conversations of my upstairs neighbors as if they were in my room. Their whole convo could be heard from the vent in my bathroom which was right beside my bed. And my upstairs neighbors stomped and made so much noise I just packed up and left. The young Lady Sarah tried everything to make me feel better , she even offered another room. She also offered to evict the folks upstairs but by that time I was already pissed and ready to go. The bathtub was dirty and I had to clean it just to use it. I was not pleased at all and will not be returning.
Very comfortable room for a reasonable price, and close to my office.
Two beds, one chair, we needed another chair and never got one. The shower was horrid, water pressure was weak and the "do-dad" you are to pull up to have the water come from the spigot to the showerhead did not function properly.
I needed a room at the last minute and after a long day. i was pleasantly surprised with the room's cleanliness and comfort, I will definitely stay again.
Arrived to a room that was not cleaned properly as there were food int he refrigerator smelling up the hotel. There were beetles on the rug and mold around the tub and toilet. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelt like smoke. We were given a different room that was cleaned better, but there were still stains on the rug and a bathroom that was very old and many disclored tiles and a very worn tub. The toilet seat had some type of buildup around the hinge which was dsigusting whenever we had to use that. Free WiFi was advertised when we booked the room only to find out they recently switched internet providers and were having issue keeping that connection working. For one of the 7 days we were there, the WiFi worked, but we were never able to download a video or email attachments which meant the strength was always poor. The cont. breakfast was a joke and some foods were not appropriate such as rice. When I spoke with the manager, he was fine and gave a break on room charges but we left this stay feeling that we received zero value for our money and we will never stay there again.
