A great hotel.......except for the carpet design! The 3rd floor hall carpet design, while it looked new, was terrible looking!

Room smelled like mold. Elevators slow and make funny noises. Pool water dirty, jets in spa didn't even work.

I booked here sight unseen because the place I was looking for was sold out. The location on a busy 8 lane blvd makes it difficult to get across to the variety of chain restaurants across the street. The room walls and doors are very thin and you hear every conversation. Tough to get a good nights rest. There was a large crowd holding an affair in the lobby, making passage to from elevators a challenge, then some must have come upstairs afterward, loudly. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful

Stayed one night in this hotel, definitely a very nice updated room for a good price.

I arrived and the hotel was being fully renovated, sign said to drive to rear of hotel and to enter the lobby that way. I was greeted by a host who guided me to the lobby and also explained what was going on, he also directed to the area where I would be staying. Very helpful. I enjoyed the stay and it is close to shopping and restaurants. There was one problem, the workers blocked the rear entrance at times and there were no signs as how one could get to the lobby area or to the elevators needed to get to my floor. I walked and after a few minutes located a side door. I found the staff very helpful.

a very nice, and clean place to stay for a few days!

friendly staff, clean rooms and of course great cookies

breakfast was made available at an additional cost. i was not made aware that a continental or buffet was or could be made available to us in the process. this is the first hotel we stayed at in the past 20 years that did not provide a complimentary breakfast. when I made the reservation and when I checked we were not made aware that this was not a part of the reservation. one elevator worked 50% of the time, making was one for use no working ice machine on my floor restaurant/bar food food way over priced

For the price you pay - you do not get any sort of value. The internet is password protected - which you're given, but trying to find WHICH unprotected Wi-Fi is the one that goes with the password is impossible. The restaurant also leaves much to be desired. Myself and other guests were let in to the restaurant right before they closed for their lunch break, our orders were taken, we were given 1 round of drinks (sodas) and we waited ... and waited ... and waited ... and went to look for someone and found no one ... finally went to the front desk who couldn't reach them and had to go and find someone. Needless to say, the bride and bridal party at this point were running late ... Oh and the phone's didn't work ... and neither did the keys to the room ... I would not pay my money to stay here again, that's for sure.

Above average hotel. Nice and clean and smelled good. Toilet did run every two minutes all night long. The food in the restaurant was good. The pool and gym were small but clean and nice place to relax at.

The room was clean and well decorated. We loved every minute of staying at the hotel. The price I got was fantastically right! It was one of the best hotel experience in a whole year, 2013!

There was something in the bed that cut my knee during the night

warm cookies and room ready early was wonderful. Even tho it was a graduation weekend, the place was booked, they had two weddings going on and two hockey teams staying there, the place was quiet and everything was as hoped for. I would definitely stay here again

Great hotel. Nice room with comfortable bed and for a great price

Over priced for the room, good location, better deals are out there.

I stayed there since I had a visit to the Widener law school during weekend. I chose this place since it was a walking distance to the school and a shopping mall. Also, one night stay was less than $100.00. My first impression was that the facility is old. The elevator was slow and only one was running when I used. The carpet seemed some cleaning work. However, there was no smell. Room was very clean and well organized. There was no cool accessary such as iPhone charger but still it had every accommodation. And staffs were nice. Overall, the price was good, the facility is old but good enough to stay one night. Clean room. Service was good. Plus, don't forget mentioning a cookie when you check-in. A receptionist will serve you with warm cookie during check-in. It was very delicious.

We were greeted with a warm cookie and the staff was polite and cheerful. The iron in my room wasn't working at 11pm that evening and the staff came 10 minutes later with a new one. Our room was clean and comfortable. My 11-year-old enjoyed the pool and the cartoon channel. We would come back again. Good value for the price.

Nice hotel in a good location right by Concord Mall. Easy to get to from I-95 and downtown Wilmington. The breakfast buffet was quite good and reasonably priced. Their restaurant is open for other meals but there are lots of other options in close proximity

This Hotel was located next to Concord Mall and other places of interest that did not require driving.

I am very pleased about my stay. The hotel staff was kind and courteous. The rooms were quiet and clean. I had no problems at all. I will definately stay here again.
