This home is located approximately 10 minutes from Novant Health New Hanover Regional Hospital, 10-15 minutes to UNC-Wilmington, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington. Amenities include High-speed internet and wifi, Cable TV, King size bed and en-suite bath with a large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Two additional bedrooms with Queen Size Beds. Spacious living room with full size sofa, love seat, coffee table and 55" flat screen TV! Eat-in dining area with large table and 4 chairs plus a bar with two bar stools . Large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, covered porch overlooking the fenced-in back yard, two-car garage and driveway for off street parking. The house was in a great location. 15 minutes to the beach and historic area. Fenced yard for the dogs. Garage came in handy as it rained the whole weekend. Host is very responsive.
