No pool because it was green algae and very dirty floors

The pool hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Our none smoking room smelled horrendously like smoke. Bed had little padding and was sunk in the middle. The room walls really need to be cleaned up, holes and cracks half heartedly repaired.

Didn't like anything. I don't know why we stayed the night. Room was filthy afraid to touch anything. No shower head, toilet was nasty, T.V. didn't work. I could go on, but I don't think I need too. $230.00 wasted. Oh and the AC did not work.

Wall patches unpainted, unpleasant to see, the room air vent screen was filthy, yuck. In this time.of covid air vent screens should be cleaned at every guest checkout.

No soap. No shampoo. No conditioner. TV remote battery cover missing; tape to hold batteries. Pulled sheets down to find blood stain. 2 towels - and had to use one for the floor. Toilet not secure, mold on baseboards. Not a good stay.

Found roaches. People smoking weed outside. Housekeeping can 3x knocking on our door at 9am when I was told checkout wasn't until 11am. I told this to the staff when I checked out and she just said OK. OK. Not even an apology!

Sad, they like many other properties due to Covid 19 did not offer pool, breakfast or even coffee for in room service. With restaurants in the area you would have thought they could brew a pot of coffee in the morning. Pretty blond girl at front desk was very efficient and made the absence of coffee less of a problem.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I was there with a friend (we're both women) and there was some computer problem that led to the person at the front desk giving our room keys to a stranger - so a man and his dog walked in on my friend sitting in the room late at night! Terrifying!!! Furthermore, a couple of weeks after the stay, the Baymont placed a fraudulent charge on my credit card. We weren't physically safe and my financial information wasn't safe. Worst. Hotel. Ever.

Floor was filthy upon arrival and sheets were clearly not changed/cleaned. Transferred rooms a couple times due to smoke stench and general dirtiness. Staff was friendly, but not very responsive. Good place to stay if you’re only there to crash for one night.

Opened the door, walked in, there was a wig on the bed, someone’s bag and toiletries. Employee stated no one was supposed to be in the room. Got a different room and the tub was black on the bottom. Didn’t even shower

The staff was amazing!!!! Breakfast had a good assortment of foods to choose from.

Air conditioner was having alot of issues loud noises and barely any air coming out other wise it was ok

The property was located in a convenient place for what I was in town for. However, the cleanliness of the facility was awful. There was a bucket in the lobby catching water and it smelled bad. The room had dirty walls, large yellowish water stains on the baseboards in the bathroom, the bathtub/shower had black stains in the corners, and we saw two cockroaches; one was crawling on the bathroom sink and the other was on the table in between the beds. The headboard was pulled out of the wall behind one bed and barely hanging on. This room was disgusting. We ended up leaving after seeing the second bug and drove two hours home. When we turned the key cards in the person at the desk asked if everything was alright, I noted the bugs in the room and the lady nodded as if this has happened regularly, and said she would make note of it. No refund or room exchange was offered.

Property was convenient but rooms were old and twice I found bugs

Hotel needs a deep clean. Sign says under new management so hopefully it happens sooner rather than later.

The room wasn't bad it was ok everyone was nice house keeper was just finishing up our room so it fresh an clean when arrive..

I am sorry that you had such an experience, we are currently undergoing renovations at this time, and we will keep in mind to clean the air vent filters in the rooms upon guest checkout each time is there any thing that we can do to help resolve your issue if so please contact management and they will be happy to help you in any way they possibly can

I was there with a friend (we're both women) and there was some computer problem that led to the person at the front desk giving our room keys to a stranger - so a man and his dog walked in on my friend sitting in the room late at night! Floor was filthy upon arrival and sheets were clearly not changed/cleaned. Transferred rooms a couple times due to smoke stench and general dirtiness. Staff was friendly, but not very responsive. Good place to stay if you’re only there to crash for one night.
