There wasn’t an available cleaning staff. We were told no one knew how to make a bed. We did meet a concierge that was customer focused when leaving that made up for it and made it right.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel lobby and rooms are very nice. My only gripe is that you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways and sometimes other rooms. Housekeeping starts knocking on doors around 9am so if you are a light sleeper trying to sleep in good luck. Other than that I had a great stay. The pool was very nice with lots of lounge beds available and even a ping pong table and cornhole. Didn't get a chance to try the hotel restaurant but the menu did look good. Would definetly stay again.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean. Central location to everything whether it is the beach, the stores, or downtown, you are less than 20 min to all. only thing i would say was one of the front desk staff women at night was not friendly at all upon arrival which was kind of disappointing but other than that, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Wilmington !
