Comfiest bed ever & a super cute spot! We didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor bbq but loved this place. It’s a super quick trip into downtown and to wonderful coffee. Well supplied with really nice linens, pillows and mattresses. The host even accommodated our numbers increasing a bunch last minute.

The house was perfect for our family ranging from ages baby to grandparent. It was very clean and accommodating with extra special touches. The house was large enough where we could spread out but all hang out in the living area together as well. Great location close to downtown.

Excellent Location

Had a quick weekend trip to Wilmington. Perfect location-ample space for adult family of 5 plus our dog!! Great location-downtown just a quick few minutes away! Clean-excellent place to stay-quiet and all the kitchen essentials you need for a long weekend! Thank you-definitely would stay again!

Great house near Historic Downtown Wilmington

We had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving week with family! Our son goes to school in Wilmington, so this location was perfect for our family to be together. We did a Scavenger Hunt around Historic Downtown and learned a lot about the area, we visited the Cargo District nearby for some yummy coffee and drinks, and much more. The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved the little coffee bar and the open kitchen/living room. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Stay

The home is modern, comfortable, and clean, it is an attractive space. Listing is acurate, images are accurate with clear, efficient, and friendly communications from the owners. This rental has one of easiest check out processes I've experienced. We read some reviews regarding downtown Wilmington in general being a "rougher" area- my family did not experience anything along these lines- everyone was pleasent, the neighborhood is quiet, we would absolutely stay at this listing again.

Clean & good location for concerts!

Had a great stay, only put 4 stars because the code door wasn’t working when we arrived. We made it in though! Walking distance to live oak (when it’s light out) and then i would probably uber back. We walked after the concert but you do go through a little bit of sketchy areas at night! Overall a good stay and I’d definitely come back for another concert!

The house was very clean and decorated adorable. Perfect for our family. Our daughter was getting married. Perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. If we needed anything such as hangers in the closets, they were brought over immediately. Yes, the house was pet friendly. Thank goodness. The only thing I would suggest because of allowing pets is removing all of the carpets. There were stains in one of the bedrooms. I’m just sure it would be easier to maintain. We were there for five days. The bedrooms could possibly use a small set of drawers for cloths to be placed in. We had to keep ours in our suitcases. The closets were great for all clothes needed to be hung. I would stay at this VRBO again and recommend it to others. The location was close to everything.
