First room we checked into the air conditioning unit DID NOT WORK. They suggested we move rooms so all in all took over an hour to check in while I had a starving child. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience and the sheets had stains. The hallway doors to the outside were left unlocked as opposed to being opened by the guests room keys.

The property was overall not very clean. Stains on the wall of the room. The side of the mattress was coming apart. The upholstery on the the chair in the room was torn. Paint knocked off the walls in the room

I was very pleased with my stay at the Jameson Inn. It was clean, quiet, affordable, safe, the staff was excellent very polite and attentive, and it is within a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean but pool was small. Room was crowded, not best design.

It is undergoing renovations, so any current rating is not pertinent to longer term rating. Had things been completed, I think my rating would have been higher.

The room was large and clean. Staff was helpful in making a room change. Price was good.

The cable television had a limited number of channels available. What was there were mostly Spanish Speaking and sports channels. The staff said the cable company would solve the problem the day we were leaving.

Usually when I travel to Wilmington I've chosen to stay at the Jameson but lately, the rooms have been looking at bit worn out. During my last two visits, the carpets in the rooms I've stayed in have been stained, the phones dirty, strands of hair in the bed, and it felt a bit moist in the room and had a bit of a smell. The beds are very firm. The value is great and I do appreciate that they upgraded their bathrooms and vanities but I think its about time they replace the carpets everywhere and paint. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very nice. You can walk to many restaurants and shops nearby. I'd say, if you're on a budget, this hotel is definitely doable but if you have a few extra coins, I'd suggest staying somewhere closer downtown or near Mayfaire.

Overall nice hotel. Thin walls and no bath towels were both let downs. Breakfast is pretty much limited to waffles.

Good value. I've stayed here previously. Rooms, bathrooms very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The recliner in the room was nice to read and doze off in. Every one, from the house keepers to the front desk are very nice and friendly.

good clean and comfortable hotel for the price. second time staying here and is a good quality, comfortable beds, decent breakfast and nice accommodating staff. Highly recommended if looking for a good hotel for a cheap price and good location.

clean, average hotel with good breakfast. What you would expect for the money and in good condition and taken care of. well worth the money for its cheap price. I do a lot of traveling so can trust this review. No Bella or whistles, just a solid clean hotel with decent breakfast and no crackheads.

The overall stay was fine The only thing I didn't like was my linen was not changed. When I complained to the front desk they did not offer to have someone come and change my linen, So I asked for the linen so I could changed it myself. The front desk tried to tell me that it was in the contract that I agreed to when I booked the hotel which was false. Their was a standard notice in my room that stated if I agreed to not have my linen changed to place the notice on the bed. I "did not" place the notice on my bed so I expected to have my linen changed so that drew a red flag to me and my husband.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Jameson Inn. It was clean, quiet, affordable, safe, the staff was excellent very polite and attentive, and it is within a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
