This home was perfectly located to everything we needed ...restaurants, grocery, the beach...and for the funeral events we attended, which is why we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some pizza and drink some wine. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are luxury. Extra pillows and blankets and sheets for the foldout were greatly appreciated. Love, love, love the reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink. Enjoyed having a tea kettle as well! Those copper floor lamps are beautiful! Where can I get one? Cute neighborhood. It was too cold to enjoy any of the outdoor amenities, maybe next time.

Beautiful house , The stay was overall okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The cooking utensils were not in the best condition, and there were not enough towels provided to accommodate a one-week stay. There was also very little dish detergent available for the dishwasher. Additionally, the host did not provide a welcoming greeting or check-in message when we arrived. With a few updates and better communication, this could be a more comfortable stay.

Pleasant Stay

Property is as-advertised. Clean and 1 minute to campus which was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood is somewhat run-down only minor complaint.

Clean and comfortable house

We were renting to go to a college tournament at the nCino Sports Park. The house was a great location for that and for food and shopping! The house was comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities. Only thing I would suggest is to provide more bath towels. Women tend to use 2 towels an there were only 2 in the master bathroom alone. Other than that, we would gladly stay again! Thank you!

Great place, private yet easy access to Wilmington

This property is exactly as represented in the photos. It was clean, modernized and very comfortable. The property was surrounded by well groomed high hedges that was like being sequestered but yet right in the middle of Wilminton's businesses and university. This was a rare find, affordable and all the comforts of home.

Great Place Centrally Located

My family decided to take a weekend trip in Wilmington and wanted a place that was centrally located in between the beach and downtown. This place was perfect for the four of us. Two rooms, two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, and a nice outdoor patio. It was private, quiet, and well decorated and felt nice and homey. The only think we would have liked was more towels - there was only one per person. Other than that, 10/10 stay and we'll definitely be back!

Just what we needed

Used this property on a recent, quick trip to Wilmington. It was perfect for our short stay: close to everything, clean, with enough space for everyone. Larger than pictured. If we were to have needed a longer stay, could have used a bedroom TV and perhaps some condiments or extra supplies. I would definitely look for this house again.

Family fun weekend!

Centrally located to UNCW and the beach, house was very clean with ample space to hang out with our son who lives locally. Kitchen was well-stocked and open, easy for meal prep. Nice to have filtered drinking water and a really nice back deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great value!

Adorable house close to everything

This refurbished house is so well appointed and comfortable. Super close to UNCW and all Wilmington has to offer. We would definitely consider staying here again. Johnny, the property owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Great trip, even in the tropical cyclone :)

Anniversary getaway

This was a nice little place for my wife and I to get away for our anniversary. It was a very nice quiet place that had everything that we wanted. The location was also perfect, about 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown.

Perfect for Anniversary Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy both the beach and downtown. This house was very clean and the owner was very responsive if needed. If you’re going to bake a cake, bring your own electric mixer, rubber spatula, and cake pan as this house does not have baking items. We would absolutely recommend this house to a friend. Eat lunch at A Taste of Italy in walking distance!

Pretty good

Everything was nice and clean. The only complaints we discussed in our group was there is only one tv, the master bedroom has a very small (full-size) bed, and only three towels were available. Other than that, we were well pleased
