Location is good as it is right on the scenic river walk and close to historic downtown market streets. Room lay out was very good. Overall hotel is well managed and staffs are kind. Room cleaning certification seal for covid prevention was torn off when I checked into the room.My unit's bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. More attention on room cleaning would make this hotel more enjoyable to stay.

Great location, large rooms, only con was not enough cups in the room

The property was beautiful, but apparently water pipes burst right where you have to walk by to get the the restaurant. There was a giant fan blowing and pieces of the wall falling.

The hotel seems to be new and is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The only complaint was the breakfast. The cooks that were preparing the eggs seemed to be overwhelmed and were very short with the people waiting for eggs. We opted to eat from the prepared food, we chose French toast which was barely warm. The hot syrup was cold. The options were limited and no meat in the steamers. Overall, the breakfast was a disappointment. The coffee was good.

Upon arrival there was no soap or shampoo in the room. When I called to ask for some they brought me one small bar or soap and one one-use shampoo. I had to find a lady in the hall and get more so I could take a shower and my husband wash his hands at the same time. On Sunday morning when I was preparing to go to the baptism that I came to town for I had NO HOT WATER at all.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the free drinks.

Everything was very nice and clean. The bed felt so great. I had a good night of relaxation and rest after just getting off the highway. I can’t wait to return.

The front desk was amazing. They were always smiling and wanting to assist the guest. Unluckily the rest of the staff, not so much. The food and beverage staff treated the guests like they were an inconvenience. Very rarely did they smile. Actually they were pretty rude. Not a typical Embassy Suites staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The service was great

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Cloud 9 bar is the best

Love the location, breakfast, and atmosphere. Did not like that we could hear and feel the rooftop fans in our 8th floor room. Also, housekeeping wanted to clean our room at 10 a.m. but we were using it and said we would be out in 20 minutes. She said we were the last room on this floor and she was going to another floor and would be back around noon. We returned to the room at 11 p.m. and the room had never been cleaned.

It was a handicapped room at the end of a long hallway. Wall switch in bathroom was difficult to reach. Sheets did not fit the mattress, came off while sleeping. Have stayed here before and it was much better.

Very nice location, and the staff was wonderful. Many venues and dining within walking distance.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, being near the city.
