The facilty appeared geared toward Contractors and thus not kept in top shape. Toilet seat loose, main room clean. Staff responsive, however the noise from trucks leaving at 6AM not good for sleeping. Continental breaksfast did not have great selection, but basic waffle/cereal/yogurts will get you going. No one at front desk at checkout time.

3 day trip

We arrived just after 3 and there was a whole mob of people in the lobby waiting to check in. Unfortunately move in for first years at PCT was the same day as events for the little league World Series. Despite the crowd, the two people at the front desk got through the line fairly quickly. Without showing any stress. They were kind and informative. Our room was upstairs. It was nice and comfortable. The ice maker was out of order, so I did need to go downstairs for ice. We filled our cooler with ice since our particular room did not have a fridge. There is an outdoor pool that I did not have a chance to try out. The breakfast they provide was great. We love making our own waffles . My husband tried a little of everything while we were there. The only major complaint that I would have is the water pressure. It took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair! This is our second time staying here and more than likely will visit again.

This was quite literally the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. When we first checked in, our room was filthy as if only sheets had been changed. There were toenail clippings in the carpet. Dirt and dust everywhere. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were not able to change rooms until the next day, which wasn’t much better. Our tub drain did not drain and it took 3 days to get it fixed. We had to hunt staff down for towels and fresh linens. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days if you’re lucky. We also found cans of bed bug spray in the cleaning carts. Our friends found 10 cockroaches in their room and had to move. There seems to be a a population of people that live in the hotel where they smoke all night long and are loud. We would have left sooner, but there was limited availability during the little league World Series and they charged our card for the full stay for both of our rooms. We were so thankful to leave as soon as we could. DO NOT STAY HERE. The only positive thing is that it does have several restaurant options that are walkable.

The dirtiest room I have ever walked into. We couldn’t check in until 5 minutes after checkin time because they said they were cleaning our room. We booked to nights and left after a few hours of being there, the room had bugs all over the bed, the ground and the bathroom. The person who stayed before us had there used soap(with hair all over it and the bathtub) and the staff left it there for us to clean. I will recommend anyone staying here to run away

Card keys didn’t always work. Door handle wouldn’t turn down. Only opened when pushing up. Unconventional for lever style handle. TV remote was broken. Housekeeping only came into the room one time out of three days and only left one towel for two occupants. Didn’t vacuum clean bathroom or make beds. Had to ask front desk twice for a ADA shower chair. Surprised they have gotten away with no ADA access to the second floor rooms.

“Disgusting Conditions & Staff Don’t Care!!!”

The hotel room wasn’t cleaned when we walked into room. We waited hours for another room only to walk into bugs everywhere. We cut our stay early because I have 2 young children that shouldn’t be living in those conditions…The place is a dump and when I asked for a refund on my final day, not even the entire stay, the staff laughed because I booked through a 3rd party. Whomever owns and operates this establishment should be ashamed, I’ll be posting on social media, yelping, and ensuring everyone knows not to stay there…Brutal!!!

A woman was in the fitness center incoherent and apparently using drugs when I tried to run on the treadmill. Poop experience was poor with fouls language from out of control guests. I had to remove my kids. Facilities were not as clean as advertised. Room had dirt in corners and was not cleaned thoroughly. I request a partial refund.

The room didnt appear too bad to start, but then upon closer inspection the room's bathtub and shower curtain were dirty. When you walked across the carpet, your feet were DIRTY.... not some place we would stay again.

When we checked in the person who checked us in couldn't even tell us where are room was. Gave us no information then said we were there for 2 nights and our reservation was for 3 nights. The person there on Friday morning was very nice and hard working. There were people hanging out at the pool, that i dont think were staying there. It seemed like the were friends of employees. The room was decent but the carpet needed cleaned or replaced.
