We spent 1 night here in room 408, a corner unit with 2 large windows. It's amazing how much better natural light in a room makes you feel. The SQFT of open, walk around space in this unit was impressive. We needed a refrigerator with a freezer b/c we were carrying frozen sausage to a family affair and needed to keep the meat frozen. Wegman's, a supermarket, is within walking distance. (This PA Wegman's carry all kinds of craft beer and fully cooked balanced meals, pizza, subs and desserts.) So we walked over and picked up dinner. We could've eaten our dinner outside on the very nice downstairs patio but didn't because we wanted to watch a WNBA game. I connected my Apple laptop to the TV via and HDMI cable and streamed the game via WiFi without a cliche. The parking is inside a multi-tiered parking lot next door to the hotel. The hotel will give you a free pass to enter/exit this parking lot. Super. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was tasty turkey and andouille sausages and that was a nice change from run-of-the-mill breakfast offerings. There was grits for southerners and hot oatmeal for northerners. You could eat healthy (low cal, low fat) or go in the opposite direction. This place offered a shopping service. You could make a list and they would buy and stock the kitchen for you while you go about your day. Wow.

In town on business and selected Residence Inn. Upgraded room was great, bathroom was clean and spacious. The one issue was a horrendous soft bed that did not lead to a night of restful sleep. Gym was small but able to do a cardio workout. Breakfast exceeded expectations including Greek yogurt. Parking is in an adjacent garage that in winter would be awesome.

The young lady who checked us in was helpful and beautiful. The lobby and breakfast area was beautiful. The room was large and beautiful. The flowers and grounds outside the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was beautiful. Our room was beautifully quiet. Price was beautiful. Our destination was the Community Arts Center which was beautiful, too. It was a 5 minute walk from this hotel, beautiful indeed. Parking was in a detached parking garage which may have not been a so beautiful situation. But parking was beautifully free. This hotel makes one feel beautiful. I'm being silly with this review, but it is a wonderful hotel. Have a beautiful day!

We stayed here for a graduation. Very comfortable, large room with kitchen. It's the kind of place you wish you could stay longer at, but we were only there for one night. Good breakfast and good business center with two computers for e-mail (we did not bring our computers, so this was useful). Both national and local papers provided, which I like. We did not use the pool or exercise room, but they looked nice. Would be happy to stay here again. Good hot breakfast too.

Staying here for an extended period of time while we relocate. Great dog-friendly hotel, modern, friendly staff, good breakfast, and fun evening events for patrons. Only drawback is parking as you need to park in the structure next door but honestly that is very minor as it is covered with you stay.

Upon arrival, I wasn't sure where to park, so I pulled into the loop out front and asked. Was told I could leave my car there, bring my things to my room, and then park for free in the garage next door. That worked out great. That evening, there was a dessert reception from 6pm to 7pm, and I got apple pie, ice cream, bottled water, wine, and some other snacks to bring back to my room. Oh and did I mention the cookies by the front desk? The room was large and well appointed. I was staying less than 24 hours and traveling for work, but I would love to find an excuse to return!

We were very happy when we got off the Interstate and saw the Residence Inn Williamsport PA. Looks like new! We were told upon check in the hotel has been there 3 years. Rooms were spotless and large. Complimentary wine and cheese cocktail hour till 7:30 pm which was lovely after a 9 hr drive Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and waffles! Only comment would be that the fridge and AC unit were loud. We did turn off the AC but can't turn off the fridge. Earplugs helped Otherwise we would stay there again and have already recommended this hotel to family

Immaculate room and extremely friendly staff. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and has a variety of choices. The pool area and gym are nice as well. Definitely recommend.

The minute you walk in the door the staff is there to serve you and make sure that your stay is pleasant and that you have no issues or concerns. The suites are very spacious and well kept. I was so pleased with the lay out and the amenities that were provided in the kitchen. Exercise room has everything you need to keep your waist line in check, will note that its small and if you get two or three people in there you feel Crowded but who would want to leave the room to work out! Lol i did not use the pool or hot tub area but it looks very nice and plenty of room to spread out. Rooms very clean and were attended to everyday to meet high standards. Depending on your timing of stay they offer complementary beer, appetizers and even meals in the lobby. Very well put on with great opportunities to network with other guests as you enjoy free beverages and food. If back in the area this will be my first choice for sure!

We learned that this hotel was only 3 years old so we were excited to stay. The reception woman was great; efficient and friendly (we checked in earlier via my mobile app) for our 2-bedroom suite. Being it is practically brand new, they had a lot of opportunity to get things right, so simple easy offerings were missing: 1) there were no shelves in the bathrooms or sink areas to hang towels or store toiletries bags, 2) both lights in EACH of the bedrooms above the beds were broken-one actually just had wires hanging from what was to be a light. We mentioned this to the front desk and she was going to call someone up to look at it, but that never happened. 3) there were no luggage ranks to put our suitcases. This was true in either bedroom, so you either had to put the luggage on the bed (not preferred) or the floor. Now, that is an easy fix to put luggage ranks especially in a two-bedroom suit. There was NO furniture (drawers or even a media table under the flat-panel TV) in one of the bedrooms, so again, I had to move a chair into the room, just to put my stuff on it. Just seemed like they scrimped out on furniture in the bedrooms because there was a living room, and must have assumed people would spend most of their time there (well, given that situation, we did). One of the bathrooms had a glass-panel shower door, the other just had a shower curtain (odd!). Last, there were no hooks around the front door to hang your coats, or stow your shoes. Again, an easy fix. I am only noticing this because very often we book the 2-bedroom suites with Hilton, Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn, so just doing the comparison. Breakfast was nice, but coffee was terrible, and oatmeal very bland (JMHO). On the positive side, the parking was complimentary and very convenient, beds were very comfortable, as was the living space, kitchen was adequate for our needs, and area was quiet. Doors seemed not to make too much noise upon closing. We had an issue with kids running above us after 10PM, so one call to the front desk, and the problem was solved! We only stayed one night, but would definitely give this place a try next time we are in the area.
