The first room that I checked in, there were hair on bedding. The front desk was really nice & immediately assigned me another room, which had the same problem but I didn’t complain again . It was a 2 day stay . On the morning of the second day me & my kids woke up to bug bites on different parts of our body. I visit Williamsport often & mostly choose Holiday inn express for my stay. But this time i had a really bad experience with the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms.

Breakfast was missing items that we typically see in other Holiday Inns. The room has two queen beds but only one chair. Should be two chairs for two people. The building and our room were spotless, and the check-in staff was pleasant. Parking was scarce, and finding a space was a challenge.
