Our daughters softball team stayed here while attending a Clinic at Bucknell University in Lewisburg. First class hotel! Rooms were very clean, spacious, and well laid out. Staff were really friendly. Maybe one of the first hotels that we did not need to call the front desk for more towels since there were 4 of us in the room. They were ready for us !! I would highly recommend this hotel. Did I mention that the beds were super comfortable too!
We stayed in a king studio room (corner I think) at the quiet end of the hall. The room was very spacious and well designed. Would be perfect for extended stays with a nice kitchenette and large sitting area. Lots of storage. Very clean bathroom. Our stay was too brief (one night) for this trip but we've already booked for an event next September - looking forward to our return.
Staff is great! From front desk to housekeeping and even the breakfast hostess! Room 401 very spacious and comfortable. Wish I was staying for a week! Great breakfast until 9:30. 2 elevators. Indoor hot tub and pool. Only issue was rooms on back side, including 401, face an office building with a noisy HVAC thing outside that turns off and on and makes it noisy. NO on-site parking! Must use garage across the street!
We have stayed here and the Residence Inn just down the street. Loved them both. We loved our corner room which was even bigger. My daughter's only complaint was that the beds were 'too comfy.' She just wanted to keep sleeping !
Hotel is located in downtown Williamsport. It is a bigger city than I expected. I walked around the city with this hotel being a central location to walking the city. The hotel is located across the river from the baseball complex and is not easy walking distance. Parking is across the street from the hotel and there is more than enough space to park while you check-in. The rooms are nice and modern and include good wifi. I had a king bed with comfortable pillows. It is a good size room but not much of a view. Typical bathroom and the shower had good water pressure. The lady at the desk was very helpful in helping me choose a great restaurant in the city. See my review about the Peter Herdic Restaurant. It is a gem!
This hotel is fairly near, and right at the foot of the bridge as you come into town. It bills itself as dog friendly, and in fact the staff was telling some people checking in about how dog friendly they are when I was in the lobby to get a new room key for the second time. However, be warned!!! YEs, there is free parking, but it is in a multi-story parking garage across the street. You can park in front to unload, but that's it. It was super inconvenient when I had lots of stuff to take to or from my room, and had my dog. It was too warm to put him/leave him in the car, and I certainly wasn't going to leave him in the garage unattended. Also there is absolutely NO grass anywhere around the hotel. There is no pet area. The guy I had with me is small, so he could fit under the shrubbery, but my other dogs would have had to go on the sidewalk. The housekeeping was very spotty - we left at 6am every day we were there, and when we would return between 4:30 and 5 the room would not have been made up. We'd go out to dinner, and once it wasn't made up at all. The handles of the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky. It is within walking distance of a grocery tore and lots of restaurants, pubs, and clubs. Nice town to walk around in. The room was quiet, and comfortable. Unfortunately this is the only hotel near where I need to go in Northumberland that has a fridge and takes dogs, so we will be back. Just wish it were a little more pet friendly.
My family was recently in Williamsport for a memorial service and stayed for 2 nights at this delightful hotel. The service was excellent. The room was amazing, with tall ceilings, tons of puffy pillows, spacious bath and built-in kitchen. Easy parking across the street. Great little shop downstairs for sodas and snacks. Extremely convenient to highways.
This was our 3rd stay and it only got better. Clean, modern, all necessary amenities including great breakfast. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from Little League World Series and walking distance to Wegmans and several downtown restaurants. They upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite. Nice granite counter, full kitchen, table and chairs, 3 TV's. Won't stay anywhere else.
This was our first stop with my family on our cross country trip from NYC. The hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in until we left. The room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and even the bathroom was spacious. The hot breakfast was excellent. In addition to a waffle maker, there were eggs, sausage and even bacon. My only gripe might be the parking situation across the street in a creepy garage but all else was great. A good bargain and with some luxury appointments.
First class location. Everything from the rooms to the staff was first class. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend staying here.
