This was by far the grossest motel I have ever stayed at. I have never encountered something like this before so I did not know what to do once I saw the room. There was a massive amount of mold in bathroom and bed room. It was on the floor, walls, ceiling, and bath tub. The window in the bedroom was cracked and did not lock. There was a pile of dead bugs on floor in the bedroom area. The box spring visibly was dirty with something black. Dirt or something. The bath towels, washcloths, sheets, pillow cases, and comforter were all stained. There was trash on the shelf in the shower when we arrived to the room also. The location was noisy by a main road and at night people hang out in the hallways with music playing. I could not believe how gross this hotel was. Good news was, being close to a main road resulted in faster travel, parking was free, the room had a fridge and microwave, the motel allowed pets, and the staff were very friendly.

Smelled like curry & weed. Limited amenities. No hair dryer. No coffee maker in room. Fridge & microwave in room.

Front desk manager was friendly and accomodating. Rooms on one side of the building face the highway and can be noisy. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the carpet, burn holes in the polyester blanket. Clean enough, but with quite strong smell of cleaners or air fresheners. No coffee maker in the room. you get what you pay for, but for the price, I've satyed in much better budget motels.

The hotel, staff, and location were all very good and I would stay here again. Price was good, though high, but the little league world series had every room booked for miles. Linnens, towels, and bed were all in great condition and very clean. Minor issue with the bathroom ceiling fan beeing very loud, but that was all. Easy parking and access to the room. Internet and television work great. It's not a Hilton, but very acceptable.

The front desk people were very nice. The place looked like it was just remodeled. The room was good. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Properties everywhere wanted sky-high rates for Labor Day weekend, but not this property in a very convenient Williamsport location. EZ to I180 and I80, close to shopping and dining, and very good rates.

I lived in the Williamsport area a few years ago and this Super 8 wasn't so super. Crew members that came into town were not happy with the facility. I stayed here for personal busines this year and found the room seemed to be remodeled. Nice walls, carpet (wore white socks in room and did not get cruddy#, walking barefoot in the hall my feet got dirty #not a big deal#, no offensive odor, small continental breakfast #nothing stale), gave me extra coffe packs for room brewing, micro wave and fridge. King size bed and it was clean. I liked it, but hey, I'm a simple guy. Staff was polite. Good value and all said it would really be 3.5. 4-5's would have a pool, complete hot breakfast and very clean with a valet. So if you are not the hoytee toytee this was nice.

Nice people, room had a very chemical smell to it. LOUSY breakfast???!!

This hotel was exactly what we needed. There were some spiders in the window sill but we shut them out so it was no big deal. It was a great one night stay!

Less than simplistic. Larger bathtub than W'mprt Hampton inn. Again no elevators!

I called to tell Clerk I would be arriving late since I was at a wedding and he was rude and said if I wasn't there by a certain time they would give my room away anyway so I was forced to check in between the church and reception which was not convenient for me at all. In addition the hotel was small rooms, old, worn, offered nothing and generally felt dirty. I would never stay in the chain again.

Room was moldy. Room smelled of smoking or something worse. My wife had to open windows and spray a deodorizor. For that much money I expected a decent breakfast, Just a few baby donutes. 8 or 9 apples, cereal and coffee and juice. No iron and no closet. Just didn't have a good atmosphere. Staff was not friendly, welcoming. Will never visit one of their hotels again.

The greeting was very poor. The woman was only interested in my credit card. No information was provided as to the hotel facilities, the local events, etc. There was a horrid smell emnating throughout the hotel. The only bright spot were some contractors doing work outside the hotel who were very friendly.

just slept there, was on the third floor and there is no elevator.

comfortable stay

I reserved a room non-smoking room with a king size bed. They put me in a smoking room with two full sized beds. The first thing I noticed was how unfriendly the staff was. I know it was late but I didn't get a smile or a "Welcome to Super 8." Once I got to my room I noticed that it wasn't what I reserved but I was too tired to say anything about it. As it was, I had to climb to the third floor with all my luggage. It was apparent that I was alone and had a number of bags. No one offered to assist me. When I was getting ready to go to bed I turned down the sheets and saw food of some sort ground into the blanket underneath the comforter. Good thing I had two beds. I took the other one. The sheets were way too small for the bed. They came untucked when I simply pulled the comforter down. I woke up with a stuffy nose because I had been placed in a room that smelled horribly of smoke. As I went downstairs to pack my car I noticed, in the light of day, that the hallways were dirty, the carpet was in terrible shape, and the walls were dirty. I also noticed that the airconditioners in the hallways were unplugged and it was getting rather warm. When I checked out an older woman took my key and barely gave me a grunt of acknowledgement. All in all, it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I'm glad I had a place to sleep but it was less than comfortable and welcoming.

I was at this hotel for three nights on a business trip. It was the only hotel at the time that was available within my company's allowable budget. That should have been the first hint. Upon arrival I came to realize I brilliantly chose the hotel that's wrapped behind the highway with a street that's easy to miss. The room wasn't too bad it had a refrigerator and wall mounted climate control system that worked effectively. However, despite the room's general cleanliness, the one wash cloth had a turd stain on it, and the tub's drain worked very slow so when you took a shower you were ankle deep in your own waste water, very hygienic of course. The toilet was a double flusher, but the ceiling fan was surprisingly effective. Now let's talk about my night's sleep. The hotel was generally quiet and peaceful even with my room's location next to the stairwell, and a highway. I surmise this had more to with the other patrons, than any proactive nature of the hotel staff or any general proclivity towards professionalism for that matter. The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on. It was lumpy, uneven and completely uncomfortable. I could barely stand up the next morning. The next night I attempted to sleep in the lazy boy lounge chair, unfortunately it smelled like an old man and pet dandruff. After some consideration I decided to take my chances with the bed and spent the rest of the night like Jacob wrestling with God. Ironically, I woke up with two bruised hips, and about 2 hours of legitimate sleep. What a sumptuous bed! After all of my adventures were over and it came to time check out. The manager and staff refused a copy of my receipt to me. I found this completely objectionable, and the rude incoherent explanations exasperating. Alas, I surrendered to my frustration and put this troublesome episode behind me. Please don't misunderstand, I had no great expectations of this place to begin with, however I did expect a suitable bed, clean wash cloths, a minimally courteous staff, and a RECEIPT. This place proved completely incapable of providing that.

Not the greatest but not the worst.
