The evening staff was ill-prepared to deal with the conflict we had, but the morning manager did take care of the situation. The breakfast crew was very nice, and the food was good. The room was a little to be desired with the phone not working, the water pressure seemed pretty low, no vents in washroom, television was older and beds were ok. The cleaning crew was nice and helpful. I would use again if needed just wish the people in the evening check in was a bit more understanding and capable.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Our only complaint is that our TV did not work. We called one evening, they couldn’t find another remote and said maintenance would check the next day. Maintenance never came. When we called the following evening, they said there was nothing they could do once again. Because we paid through Expedia, the hotel said we would not receive any discounts for the inconvenience. A bit disappointing.

Room was clean. Could have used an extra chair or couch (and there was room for it). Also, the edge of the carpet was frayed and the metal edge was sharp and could cut one's foot. Still, nice bed and clean sheets. The breakfast room as good as was breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
