I liked the idea that there is a spa onsite. The water pressure in the shower was excellent but oddly no way to turn on the vents in the bathroom. I thought it would come on automatically with the light and/or the shower, but that wasn't the case. I liked the lotion dispenser. I didn't like that the parking was so limited. I had to park way in the back after I returned from an evening wedding at 1 a.m. and there was no security in sight. I didn't feel safe. I felt that the room design was outdated. There were 2 telephones that looked like they were from the set of 'Back to the Future' in the room but neither were marked with extension information. There was no "Do Not Disturb" tag available to keep housekeeping from coming in the room. The bed was underwhelming and you can hear EVERYTHING from the hall. There was a loud child staying or visiting in the room next to me that was so loud and continuously playing with the door. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch but not that good. I'd suggest requesting an omelette be made fresh. The spa would be the only reason that I'd return to this hotel.

This is a great hotel, friendly satff, clean room , good food, nice location, quiet, spacious, wonderful time

We had to change rooms TWICE upon check in because of there being no heat in the room (during our recent frigid temps), but once we settled into our room we were very satisfied. We were offered the breakfast buffet for our being inconvenienced, and THAT was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We are sorry to see that you did not feel safe as safety is a top priority. we do offer. our guests valet parking in any instance they are not able to find a convenient parking space. We apologize for the lack of information on the room telephones. They were recently replaced and the placard may have been missing. We understand this frustration. Our do not disturb notification is a button, which is why you were not able to find signage. We do hope you will return, as we are currently beginning updates to our guest rooms.
