This is a great hotel, friendly satff, clean room , good food, nice location, quiet, spacious, wonderful time

We had to change rooms TWICE upon check in because of there being no heat in the room (during our recent frigid temps), but once we settled into our room we were very satisfied. We were offered the breakfast buffet for our being inconvenienced, and THAT was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Room was dusty and not properly stocked with the coffee items nor towels. Had issues twice with the room key getting into room. Other guests allowed to play loud music and sing and yell throughout the entire night. Staff was very pleasant. I liked that there was no fee for parking however, at the end of the night there were not enough spots to even park on property, forcing us to park on the street.. Pool was lackluster and not even a pool; simply two hot tubs and a steam room as well as a sauna. I did not see anyone use the facilities. Overall needed updating but the room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The room had plenty of space for clothing, etc. Overall moderate experience but would likely return if the price was lower. Did not use the salon, spa, pool or fitness center.

the beds in the hotel are in bad condition, the matress is old that you feel that is going to the side. for 279 dollars hotel plus tax, the soaps smell terrible as a cheap soap, the food in the restaurant is too expensive,

I was there on a mini vacay for 3 nights. When checking in the staff was super friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no view from any window. The hotel is 3 stories high and faces a parking lot, gas station...nothing breathtaking. There was a handprint on the lobby door when I arrived and it was still there when I left. The entrance is the first impression and someone should clean the lobby glass doors.

Door keys had to be reset 3 times in 4 days. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

On the first night, half of the lights in the room and the coffee maker did not function apparently due to a bad circuit breaker, which was a very unpleasant surprise after an 11 hour drive to arrive at the hotel. Next, the walls of the room were very thin. We could easily hear the people in the adjacent rooms which ruined any sense of privacy. We were very disappointed.

it was good but a little disappointed with my stay . i requested to cnange room to upper floor, which they did but i was given a smaller room which i was disappointed . would have prefer my oversized room which i was entitled to . if i would have know i would have keep my first request . ,other than that it was ok not like my previous multiple stay.. thank you for reading this

The room was great, very spacious. Jacuzzi tub was nice but noisy. Beautiful dual headed shower. Included breakfast was awesome. The spa was great too.

These folks are truly the most accommodating staff I've encountered and I stay at a lot of hotels.

On check in and entry to my room, I was quite pleased with the appearance of marble and spaciousness. However, there are a few annoying issues which prevents me from rating this hotel more than 3 star. First of all the location is not convenient to amenities and a bit off the beaten path. This would be fine if the full services were adequate, but there is some lack there. The buffet breakfast however was decent. Beds are older and lumpy. 1 bottle water in the room where I was expecting 2 in the Fridge. Not a deal breaker, but again, just little annoying things like this will hit you. Lastly, this hotel has paper thin walls and even though it was not full, it was loud. For a one night stay it is priced right and ok, just like the rest, Just Ok. If you want more than ok, look elsewhere.
