Good location just outside of of the Western entrance to Yellowstone, however, although guidelines for COVID we’re posted, no enforcement by the employees. The room was nice and amenities were just ok.

Room was spacious, new furniture and decent beds. The staff was attentive. Hotel is great for big families. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t made up after the first day. Was told later that we needed to request that. There were no signs to hang on our door to request that and was not told at check in.

You are paying for location only. This place is similar to a Days Inn/Super 8 but more expensive ($243 per night) in July. The bathrooms are very dated and were not “covid clean” (I used a Clorox wipe on the toilet and “spots” came off), gross. A bagged breakfast was offered but on the second day it was leftovers from the first day and nothing on the third day!

. .Very friendly staff Breakfast is a plus Very close to Yellowstone west gate

Great location, plentiful continental breakfast, clean and friendly staff

We stayed here for a night while traveling back to SLC from Yellowstone. I think the price we paid was not worth what we got but it was for one night. The room was fine, clean but had a very bad odor. Not sure what it was but it was unpleasant. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can no rate that. The “gym” is from 1980s so don’t plan on using it. All in all it was a fine night stay but WAY over priced!

Location was good. Near everything in Town. Everything was standard.

The only shortfall of the property is the lack of protein at breakfast. Plenty of coffee, juice, tea. bagels, Toast, Cereal, Biscuits and gravy, Muffins, waffles, but no meat or eggs. Felt "forced out" to forage for a complete breakfast after the first day. Will try another property just for this reason only.

It was terrible. When the morning on 9/5 we had breakfast, all the sudden, there was unknown leaking air came from the breakfast room. Every one was in the breakfast suffered a serious coughing and we never stopped the coughing. Finally, every one ran away and stayed in outside including the hotel staff and the manager herself. However, the manager didn't tell us what happened. We couldn't have breakfast on that morning and the manager didn't say any apology to anyone. The amount we paid for $307.00 for one night in that hotel was not valuable, the management and the manage were not friendly at all. We won't stay there anymore and won't recommend to anyone...

liked it a lot it was close to park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an awful place to stay, I'm amazed Orbitz would have this hotel in his website, It's outdated, stinky, just terrible. Starting with the front desk, rude people, then the rooms and overall condition of this place! Breakfast is a joke, your options are machine made tiny pancakes, spoiled fruit and stale bread in a dirty dirty cafeteria. Our room was close to the elevator and you could hear the bell all night long, you could also hear the guests making noises from few rooms down the hall and upstairs. I felt totally robbed. Photos of this hotel are deceiving and I'm sure that the 'positive' reviews are totally fake. Others guests were also surprised and unhappy.

Clean room. Breakfast room extremely tight and jam packed. (Chairs do not fit room) Air in room did not keep up, opened windows as it was during cooler weather. IMO not worth the price paid.

Very nice staffs with fast check in and check out process. Don't expect too much from the breakfast though.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean, close to town and to Yellowstone West entrance

Great hotel, they allowed us to check in away early which was great because my daughter had a Skype interview that she need to get ready for. Hotel clean and comfortable. First time in Yellowstone and it was great!!

We had a quick and easy check-in. We arrived a little early and our room was ready. That gave us time to see a little of the park before dinner. West Yellowstone is a small town that is walkable with shopping and restaurants. The west entrance to Yellowstone is a few blocks from the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was right.

nice place, a little pricey but due to time of year. Near downtown, many nice spots to eat and shop.

Good morning, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us at the Clubhouse Inn West Yellowstone. We do our best to ensure that all guests have a pleasurable stay during this stressful time, but unfortunately we do have some guests who do not comply with our guidelines, and they are passionate and polarized about the mask wearing guidelines. We will continue to educate our guests, and ensure that employees are provided with the proper PPE to ensure that we do have a safe location. We hope you have a great rest of your vacation! Good afternoon MW, Thank you for staying with us! We are sorry to hear about your experience while staying with us. We do utilize COVID approve disinfectants, and we are preparing paper bags due to the county health restrictions not allowing us to open our buffet, in order to keep everyone as safe as possible and limit contact. Warmest Regards,

Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear about the experience you had regarding the odor in the room, but will definitely share your feedback with the staff as this is not normally an issue for us. Our housekeepers are very attentive, so we will be sure to investigate. Regarding the rates, of course these are driven by supply and demand, and given our location, we have very high demand in the peak months, and next to none in the winter--this leaves us a short window with which to operate. We hope you have a safe journey back home, and we wish you all the best! We appreciate the feedback! Warmest Regards,
