I was able to book a very last minute room via AirBNB. It was very reasonably priced comparing to all the other hotel options. I was very surprised at the quality of the room. It’s small, but beautiful and super clean. I was here mainly for YNP so all the “extras” other hotels throw in wasn’t necessary. The beds were very comfortable. I know some people complained about breakfast not being included. Go enjoy some of the local flair restaurants. These are locally ran places and are worth time to enjoy them. My only complaint is if you’re in a downstairs room you CAN hear every step someone makes upstairs and going up and down the stairs. Overall great stay.
Very clean and cozy hotel. Room are small but there is enough place . We had quadruple room. Comfortable beds. Helpful stuff. Breakfast was in short walking distance restaurant. Hotel is close to west entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
Basic room but has everything you need. Ours was a simple but nicely decorated room with a refrigerator and on request a new microwave was also given to us. Good quality toiletries too. Located pretty close to Yellowstone entrance and was perfect for us. It does not have a proper office, and a back room with lot of stuff was used for office. We visited in May last year, so maybe they have changed it now. But that did not inconvenience us in any way. The front office was very nice and helpful. Definitely a place I would stay again if I visit Yellowstone.
Room was very nice, very clean, new and modern. Had comfortable beds, APPLE TV. NEW TV (although if you are watching a lot of TV, you are missing what is right outside your door!!!) Down side - please don't think "breakfast is included" - they do give you a coupon for a sushi restaurant two blocks away, which was actually closed when I got there at 830 Saturday morning.
I don't recommend staying here at all. Looks like overbooking is a common practice. They direct you a much cheaper hotel and the desk service is very rude. We were literally left on the street after our day in the park. If you still like to stay here then you should waste half of your day wait until 3pm to check in then go to the park
The place is def overpriced. I picked it because it had good review and free breakfast. The breakfast was in a sushi restaurant and they only had bagels. I had to go somewhere else. The place was clean but in the middle of no where. There are so many better places to stay in this town.
This was a very clean and nice property. The check-in employee was very friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. The room was immaculate, and very modern. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 was because the bathroom was very chilly unless you left the door open from the bedroom to allow heat to come in.
This place was amazing. The "office" was a little weird (literally in the water closet), but don't let that scare you. The rooms are spacious with an Asian theme, modern, clean, and they look just like the pictures. The beds are made out of bamboo foam, and soooo comfortable. If you're traveling to Yellowstone, you want to stay here. It's just a couple minutes' drive to the park. If I ever go back to Yellowstone, I'm staying here again. My only complaint is you can easily hear people walking up and down the stairs and porches, so it could keep you up or wake you if you're a light sleeper.
No lobby or breakfast facilities. Room was small but very clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. For us (2 older ladies), the things we missed were 1) no luggage cart (the host graciously carried all our gear to our room but we had to lug it all back to the car the next morning), 2) not enough power outlets, 3) no table to put our laptop on, 4) the only chairs were 2 wooden folding chairs, 5) no ice machine and 6) the ramp to the parking area was covered with frost in the morning and it was very slippery. This was one of the lower priced rooms in West Yellowstone - probably a good fit for younger travelers.
We stayed 3 nights !!! Room was clean and comfortable! The look of hotel is nothing to get excited about!! The Apple TV never worked but we were not in our room much!! The staff was very sorry and cut our price! No elevator so if you can't carry your luggage up stairs ask for the 1st floor!! Just two floors!!
