Cute place, cute clean pool, cool lobby. The rooms you can tell older a bit musty but not intolerable. Staff nice and overall good value and place

Very old . Room had a horrible smell and the ac vent had 2 inches of dirt on it

The staff was very professional and friendly. The place was well maintained

This hotel offered a rustic setting for Yellowstone visitors. Most staff were friendly and welcoming to my mixed race family. There was a gentlemen in the breakfast area that made some disturbing comments to my partner and my partner’s brother in law which was unsettling. We were thankful to be leaving the property and only staying one day. It’s a horrible feeling to travel in your own country and not feel welcomed to bring your money to their community. Overall it is a nice property but I’m not sure we’d stay again.

If needed to be a little more clean especially the carpet

Nice hotel. It's an older hotel but charming. The rooms are also updated.

Definitely older found beds and pillows uncomfortable

Great location to access shopping and dining options.

If you like dead stuffed animals, this is the place for you! They are all over the lobby.

We were in the “Historic Section”. There was no hot water. Had to wait 20 minutes (wasting valuable water) before it became slightly hot.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. We found that the bathroom tub was clogged and the water was draining very slowly from the tub on the first night when we moved in. We reported the problem to the front desk the next morning. It was not fixed. We reported the problem again and again, but no one came to fix the problem. The service was poor.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon review of the situation with the employee, he expressed that his intention was not to be offensive. We will continue to work hard towards making all of our guest feel welcome, and make corrections where needed.
