The property was very neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
Very nice location, great resort and very nice on site amenities, very nice beach side restaurant with great food highly recommended resort. What I did not liked was the long line at check in short staffed, various complains from the customers waiting in line:
Great location for the Cocoa Beach area. Right off of A1A near cruise terminal and Kennedy Space Center.
I was staying across the street at a different resort but my room was filthy so I moved to the much cleaner La Quinta.
The location is great. I did not like that oceanfront is what is advertised but I was not given the “ocean front” view I had envisioned. Our room did not directly face the ocean the way I wanted and how it looks in photos.
First off, every one was nice and helpful. Tina, Casey, and Tori about saved my life and sanity by accomodating my emergencies and also just being over all pleasent, friendly and excellent at having conversation. I also happen to meet the General and assistant managers who were extremely personable ...
